Well, I just got the camera back from Nikon after a clean and the dirty black mark (top right) is still showing in the exact place, although the smear has gone. Tried both lenses and still the same. So what can it be ?
A bad job by Nikon.
Seriously, I cannot imagine that this is caused by anything other than dust / dirt on the sensor.
Is it showing at any aperture? When I last had my camera (Canon) cleaned by a professional dealer they told me that they will not guarantee the result to be free of sensor spots for apertures smaller than f11...
Maybe I will consider going back to cleaning myself, that worked well in the past and I only gave the camera to the dealer for cleaning because I was too lazy to do it myself...
Haloooo  ? free of sensor spots for apertures smaller than f11...It must be spot free at f 22 ! When I clean my 5D it is spot free even on f 32 (Canon 70-200) And so must be ! Obviously everybody can be Nikon service guy.

I tried to check my earnings- nothing...
Site must be in repair, upgrade or something else.
If tomorrow will not be fixed, I will contact support stuff.

Thanks, but high sales don't always equal high $$. Anyway, I thought that 30-40 downloads a day is kinda on the low end of the spectrum? I hate subs.
My port at SS is 1192, as of today.
No videos.
At the risk of revealing my identity, I'm a retired nurse and I do healthcare photos. Nothing but HC related stuff, and nary a people shot to be found. I'm too old to deal with model drama.
I think we're starting to see the end of anyone being able to make a reasonable return on just photos, so you probably have a good idea with going in the video direction.
Thank You, Gel-O, for kind explanation. HC is excellent thema. And You must really have nice, high quality photos, because 40, 50 sold every day with so small portfolio is simply WOW. Respect.

14 more subs today and still no SODs. If this continues, then I am done. I simply can't justify the effort for 38 cents.

So I started and I'm here again. I made my first ESP submission of a butch of videos. They were accepted and now (one week passed ) looking for a search (new) the thumbnails and the enlarged view at the file page no working, no view. I mailed reporting but no answer yet. Some experience?
You really should try posting your questions to the actual iStock Forum's Video Page. The people there are really helpful.

first time after one year i got reject 5/5 , all images was same aperture, same time, same work, they were office work, last 1000 was ok, not it is not anymore.
can i join to rejection club?
it is depressing, i spend 8 hours for this 5 images.
Hi, Cesar, You can join any "rejection club", but not mine. My members can spent max 2-5 minutes for finishing each photo, which will then bring 30 cents... 8 hours for 5 photos? Wow, this photos are good for Smithsonian Museum or some Modern art gallery, but not for our 30 cents or one $ clubs. twice

Yes, SS nazi is back!
Batch with 16 photos rejected on Monday, on Wednesday batch with 17 photos ( same photos, same thema, same lightning, everything same...) ACCEPTED 100%.
Nothing new on SS, so no worries, just our beloved SS nazi needs some quick money.
