So, im artis illustrator and im looking for good camera for non-MS related project (video marketing project).
So, sadly; i dont know anything about taking photos or recording
The recomendation i get is to buy a Canon-EOS-M50 because it is the camera that brokes with the amateur quality of pics/video, and anything better that this one will be a high jump on price (as the one who recomend me this camera told me).
The problem is that i can see iPhone and other Hi-Tech mobiles taking amazing quality videos and pics.
It is worth buying this camera?

I am beginning to believe that this maybe a deliberate policy to restrict the number of EPS uploads to Shutterstock, maybe they are not interested in anything but photography.
It is a change that really is so out of the ball park and utterly nonsensical, that maybe the owner and his team have taken what they think is a strategic decision to do away with Vector Illustrations and this is just the first phase in stopping illustrators from uploading.
If you look on the Shutterstock Forum there is no one answering any of the questions.
Maybe they want to reduce the numer of vector uploads, true; but not to eradicate it, no reason to lose part of the cake. Today the total numer of images uploaded to SS per week is: 1,366,429; i remember to see this numer above 2.000.000 before the 4MP rule...

I can't upload vector anymore, I always got error message - there was problem with some of your content : We can't read what's in your file. Please re-save or re-export your file, and try uploading it again. I resaved and same problem 
What software you use?? (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw...?)

Sigh. I listened to them and their last email:
On April 15th 2019, all EPS files will need to be at least 4 MP with a new maximum MB size. We are currently working to determine the optimal limit, but it will be greater than 50MB. Our goal is to ensure contributors can continue uploading vectors of various complexity.
On April 17th 2019, a JPG will automatically be created for your vectors when you upload.
I prepared a full batch of a thousand vector like they wanted. Then I upload the EPS only.
Guess what...:

All vector images must be accompanied by JPG images with the same name. You uploaded the vector image but did not upload a corresponding JPG file named .jpg.
Maybe Shutterstock living on another dimension but ain't we the 17th? Why do they take the time to send us and email with specific dates so we can adapt and they do not stick to it :-/
You are outdated, after this claims they give new information about this changes are postponed to unknow date...

Depende mucho de la agencia ya que cada una tiene un motor diferente de bsqueda acorde a las palabras claves y al termino de la bsqueda en si.
El tema se ha tratado algunas veces en el foro y se han mencionado algunas cosas interesantes...
Por ejemplo en SS si una de tus keywords es [Eiffel Tower] esto no tiene impacto para quienes escriban en el buscador [Eiffel Tower] pero si para quienes escriban ["Eiffel Tower"]... (quienes coloquen el termino entre comillas)

So, in few days all our uploads must be above 4MP, is there anyway to just create a vector design in any size and then change the PPI (or something) to set this design above 4MP or i really need to change the size of everything??

I think the way you asked all these questions in the forum was a bit inappropriate for those that use the forum for valuable feedback and information. Most of people here will be glad to help you with your thesis but the multi-post/spam generates a bit of rejection, next time start just one thread with all questions on it. How long did it take before you got your first sale on stock footage?

I think they will implement the only EPS upload, something that people how upload metadata in jpg files will hate; but i also think they will not implement the 4MP rules because they will lose most of high quality vecotrs, so no reason to do that. This will be the first time that SS changes a desition based in users feedback.

Did they implement this today or not?
I start this topic to know this. The only way to know is if someone who upload a file (less that 4MP) gets rejection or approved... I still waiting my files for review...
