General Stock Discussion / Really hard fall of income from new images since corona.« on: August 04, 2022, 10:05 »
Hello, I have had a blatant slump in sales since the beginning of Corona in early 2020 for newly delivered pictures. Actually, I don't sell any newly delivered pictures anymore. And live only from the old pictures. To name a few numbers: in 2019, sales with the pictures in the 5-digit range. 2020/21/22 in the lower 3-digit range. Is this only my problem? Nice to hear from you all....

Give them a chance. The image preview is very big, maybe too big, but its a good thing for credit image buyers, they see now what they buy! :-)

Adobe Stock / Re: DollarPhotoClub - Closed to new members« on: August 18, 2015, 11:46 »Fotolia made it harder and harder for me to increase earnings with their site and then my downloads fell off a cliff. That was so demotivating that I stopped uploading. Nothing has changed since Adobe took over, I still see no incentive to upload new images when my earnings are so low. Doesn't really matter who owns the site when I can't make much money there, I hope they do something to improve the situation, it can't really get any worse than it is now. Thats the thing, i upload many new images but i was nailed at a fixed income. This year with a decrease of 25%. I cannot make images for that money. I will not upload images, too. I have heard from another contributor, his income was a little bit better, a year after he dont upload more images... 11
General - Top Sites / Re: Fotolia beats Shutterstock« on: February 01, 2015, 13:10 »
Fotolia isnt consistently. One month your earnings can be good, the other one the earnings are worst.
Shutterstock is consistently. Shutterstock: 70% FT: 15% Rest is the rest. 12

Shocked, too. Didnt they have seen there is the sub model, where you can buy the images from 0,16$ :-) 14
Adobe Stock / Re: Anybody else having a record month on Fotolia?« on: July 29, 2014, 12:22 »
Fotolia has made a change in their search. So many german contributors has a big decrease income. Good for international contributors, bad for us germans. There are no more visitors at fotolia there is only a big redistribution of income.
I have a big decrease at FT of 75% this month. 15
