What do you mean with "top hot image"? Most relevated images? Most popular images? Sure, they change their search algorithm. But this issue is not really new and so do all agencies.

Hi, I realized my latest images is on "new" in my portfolio, but it on the last pages.I already email them to fix the problem.
It's not a problem, but a feature:-) It is the way, 123Rf show the pics in your portfolio-view. You kan easily change the view with the buttons in the upper right part of the window. You have to get used to it that each agency has a different way of showing the pictures. No reason to fall in panic. Each agency is different! Be patient and learn!!! 123 Rf is the agency where you can upload most easily!

Many agencies support only the letters that are used in the English alphabet. Already German, Scandinavian or even Slavic special characters, Asian characters and in generally other characters are not correctly reproduced. This is a major problem in the naming of names and places, for which there is no English equivalent. Some examples - No problem: Kln = Cologne, but land, a large island in the Baltic Sea (there exist no English name for the island) - Shutterstock will not accept the geographic name land - and nobody would search for Oeland or Oland. It's the same situation with names of persons. This is really bad for a specific image search!

Grace, right now you have no more than 7 photos at Shutterstock. You should make more pictures first and upload them before you spend any time for creating sets. It makes no sense! And a buyer will not be amused, if he check your pics and your set, and the set shwos almost the same pictures

The same here - my last batch is approved since 2 weeks ago, but still under prosessing. And no views (and no sales of course) at all, so I think, the pics are still unavailable.

If I could move I would probably go to Berlin. Excellent work environement, lots of Models,locations and much lower cost of living than many other big cities in Germany.
Generally true, except the issue of low costs. In Berlin the costs explode currently at a pace that you can't believe it. Time to find alternativs!

Meanwhile, I'm doing more sales in German agencies, such as Zoonar, Clipdealer and PantherMedia, as in Dreamstime. For me this is a clear indicator that something is wrong.
