I'm absolutly sure, that I don't have any picture with repeated words or other kind of spam in title, description or keywords. Nuts! Must be some kind of attack anyway.

French, actually. Middle English: from Old French dozeine, based on Latin duodecim 'twelve'. http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/dozen No, thats not right. It has the same roots in almost all Indo-European languages. Therefore it is similar. The number words in these languages have the same roots, which are much older than the Latin. (Old-Greek δώδεκα ddeka, older German tozen, Swedish tolft etc. etc.)

The old, the stupid and the racist have just condemned the UK to a generation in the global wilderness. I'm English and I'm ashamed and embarrassed by our actions.

My wife has uploaded 20 photos to Fotolia four years ago. Since then never again. She lost interest. Since then she has made about 20 euros. She has been 3.5 years constant at 22 000 in ranking;-). Don't ask me why!

Each stock photographer knows the life cycle of a photo. The sales may initially be strong and then gradually become less and less. So I was surprised, when some of my older photos have started a new life cycle in recent months. It is as if I have re-uploaded these pictures. And if I look back, I also have a few pictures that sell consistently, it means, these images have no cyclic period at all. What are youre expierences?

The new flatrate could be the last stand of Panthermedia, looks like a sellout!

Has anyone read this here: "A second change that will be implemented is the site will no longer accept PDF files for releases, credentials or reference images. PDF files that are already saved to your account will be rejected during the review process when added to new submissions. You will need to re-upload all existing PDF files as JPG format." ?

And FTP is sooo 1990 anyways... I don't know. But I know one thing - there is always a way to pay for services I don't need!

Hm, Zoonar shows my earnings updated each month. And almost each second month I have really nice sales, really nice big sales. That's my experiences.

Yes, but why? Is it because I need to have hundreds of photos on the websites?
Yes, and they have so few buyers. That's why they're low earners. QED.
That's right. And the upload process and keywording are usually very elaborate, and some agencies require the tagging in two languages.

Why do i have to wait one or two years?
Because it takes so long until you have the first sales.

Are the Low Earners worth uploading to? Some are worth it, most are not! There are some Low Earners that earn you with a single sale or a few sales more money than a top tier in a month or two. Zoonar is an example for that. But you have lot of work to get your pictures online and you must be patient at least one or two years!

It would be more useful if Shutterstock would make the Image Gallery Stats fully functional. I wish that IGS could sort the images by sales, as it was possible three or four years ago.
You can do that now. Just click on "Total Purchases" on the table and it'll sort by sales.
What they need is a search function so I can check the performance of specific images.
Agree. And it's still impossible to sort by revenues!

Who cares about new Earnings structure of PM? Anyone? And the new social media licenses? And the fact that there is no opt-in and opt-out option for subscriptions longer? I'm pissed off! Deleted all my pictures except one. They have crossed the final frontier, the red line, exactly as YAY a few years before.

...from the email: "We still believe it is important to reward the creators, which is why we will continue to give you an industry-leading royalty rate of 60% on images exclusive to 500px..."
This is simply not true. As an example, Zoonar paid 60% for non-exclusive material!

I dropped them some years ago - after 2 years and one (!!!) sale!

If I remember right, we saw YAY on this place a couple of month ago. And it was fake, because one person had reported completely exaggerated sales figures.

I use the D750 too and it's a great cam. One thing there is worth to be noted. The focal points are located pretty much centrally in the display. I can work with it, but you should know it.
