Yes, there was a problem in early versions, but have a look at list here: http://symbiostock.info/There are sites in subdomains and there are no problems I think

I did not examine the SY code for the search yet, but maybe you could set the CURLOPT_REFERER to a proper value? If that would work, these options could be used more efficiently without to putting anything into the URL query
You have now CURLOPT_REFERER set in network calls from my site. Try it out

Okay, who is trying me out by registering as qwerty - are you trying out registration on my site or trying to make me think that the anti-capture does not work
I was trying to figure out how it works

First right-click on "edit" and "open in new tab" on one or more images, then editing them in tabs

After 3 hours I got email from Franky's site. It was attached to spam report, stating that it: - has link to third party domain (symbiostock.com) - has url in subject - contains html code - contains external image and some other things. These all qualify message as spam with probability over 50%. I had spam filter on my server set to 50%, so it was trapped. Now I've set it to 100% And cookie-cart would be great

Jean, upgrade your Symbiostock theme. You still have 2.4.1 with bug - only 24 images are visible to Steve's and my search engines. Then go to Symbiostock->Network and fill Site Name and Promoted Keywords. Then scroll down, check Update public network info and Update public image info and Save. After that go to Users -> Your Profile, write your Biographical Info. Below is Symbiostock Profile and Personal Photo. You can submit fist your photo to Media->Add new, and after that copy and paste its address into that field.

What color profile has the original image? Maybe resizing preserves profile and colors info (and thumbnail is ok), but merging with watermark spoils something?

Slugs are identical
I did publish the top image with changes made to the Title and Description etc., and the problem is solved. (The slugs remain the same).
Problem is known (I hope), I wrote about it few days ago. These two images are visible one under another only when you are logged as admin. Guests and other users don't see them at all (clicking on thumbnail of earlier published image leads to "page not found".

Nice images You have categories and keywords slugs conflict - your Nature category has slug "nature", so keywords have "nature-2". The same for "business". Edit your category slugs to "nature-images", "business-images", then edit keywords slugs to "nature", "business"

on my site, thpstockphotos.com do a search for "vector" (no ""). A few of my selected network partners that have this keyword, such as LEO don't show up. Weird.
Do a search on Leo's site for vector, 600+ results.
Also, it's stopped doing it now but the first couple of tests I did on this had AJT's Global Search coming up first in my list of results (under me) even though I don't have it as a selected network partner. It was above the ones I HAVE selected.
Maybe you've searched for "vector" for the first time, when Leo's site had problems, nothing showed up, and this result is hold in cache all the time. Go to network page and enter 1 as cache days (now there is no possibility to switch it off). Maybe results from Leo's site will be back. My search is in your extended network and has promoted keywords like "images, photos, vectors", so it is searched. Maybe I should do some changes in code, to show it always as the last.

the promote keywords are handy, but they're not likely to find a match with the majority of actual searches which tend to be much more specific -- if someone in symbionetwork has a match, why not send them traffic?
Now only 10 sites from main network and up to 5 sites from extended network (only those with matching promoted keywords) are checked. I think that inreasing these numbers can lead to not acceptable waiting time. If you want to send traffic to someone with a match, just put symbiostock.info as one (I suggest the last) of 10 network sites

I mean that bloggee, small and medium images are created from uploaded image in the same way, as thumbnails, but they are created when someone buys image. So because there were problems with creating thumbnails for that files, problems can occur, when Symbiostock code will attempt to create image for buyer.

I have the same problem happen to a few of my images. I manuaaly created the thumbnails and ul them to the proper directory
This is not good solution. When someone buys your image (smaller than large), it is resized and sent. The same functions are used for such resizing, so if problem happened during processing, it may happen when resizing and sending to buyer.

And while we are at it, we really need to find a good, solid resource for standard image licenses to choose from. We shouldn't have to re-invent the wheel with every site launch. There should be a resource. Maybe Symbiostock.info could host some for retrieval?
Yes, I can host some resources and make there subpage for photographers, "how to start", but I think that theme itself (or default child theme) should be ready to upload and sell photos "out of the box". Theme, when installed first time, should create all needed and usable menus, main page with default layout (even with newest images for example), EULA page with default license. New user should only fill Symbiostock specific settings, and without any further customization, start working. After that, when he or she will be gradually more familiar with Wordpress and Symbiostock, can start to customize it. And licenses now: - extended license, as additional position in current price list, with the same size as large. - editorial license. It should have the same list of sizes and prices, as RF (bloggee to large and extended), but it should be stated somewhere in or near price box, that it is editorial. And maybe different watermark. - ability to change default price names (someone didn't like bloggee). So we should have options to define sets of prices for different licenses. When image is uploaded as RF, it gets price box with RF prices and all license info, editorial image gets its box, and, for example, zip file with paid plugin (with additional, optional image) could have separate license and price

That search engine is looking very good! What's your logic for best match?
Now it is simple. When you enter phrase having two or more words, first go images with that phrase as single keyword or title, then images with all words as separate keywords. Images are sorted randomly to avoid grouping results from one site (random numbers are generated when images are indexed or updated in database). And images with huge number of keywords are pushed down.

I would prefer if there was also check box to run searching by count of downloads. + Count of downloads shown under preview images.
Good idea But now only few improvements: - site names have clickable numbers of indexed images, - you can enter into search box site address and your name.

It is intentional. When you are browsing your local results, one page contains 24 images. In network results there are the same pages, but now 24 images per page are presented in 4 cycles 6 images each. So you see 24 images too, but sliding. Next page=next 24 images and so on.

We're just uploading some RM pics to PictureMojo and linking from the image page to Alamy for purchase, via the referral links for the image, and setting 'Not live' to hide the file sizes and prices.
I've just done something very similar, based on your idea: http://ajotte.com/image/gdansk-4/but I don't use "Not live" setting. Just when description contains tag with Alamy ref, price box is replaced by text box with link. I've deleted price table from popup. It is not there for all images. I don't see any side effect, and this table was not very useful

AJT! Whats our current file count at?
My search sais 31461, and network scanner 32643. There are still few sites with 24 bug, so there is a difference

Is there any Megapixel limit for upload photos? When I hit "Process to publish" one file (7000x7000pix) I'm getting blank page with title "Process Images" only.
Try to process smaller one, the look under "Process Images'. Do you see "Using ImageMagick"? If there is GD, it needs huge memory to process files. In your case 7000x7000x3 bytes are used to load file, about 150MB. So memory limit for php on your server should be set to 256MB, to process it (memory for other purposes is needed too). You can try to change this limit (how, it depends, sometimes it is setting in admin panel, sometimes in php.ini in main folder). But GD is bad solution, it always generates less or more visible horizontal banding in resized images. Much better solution is to use ImageMagick. If you don't have it, ask support, how to enable it on your server. Is is much less memory consuming, 128MB should be enough, even maybe 64MB.
