I used it since a long time, right now, i cannot save my keywords... I have an "access denied" message error.

That sounds so backwards and an unnecessary waste of bandwidth and server resources, it's amazing that they don't provide the status info through a simple API call... Exactly! Very few agencies realize that and have implemented some kind of an API for us. Even though we represent a solid 10-20% of their contributions inflow. Implementing this feature purely in StockSubmitter is just plain impossible in the current architecture. I will of course keep that in mind (in fact, I was keeping that in mind for a long time already) but for now I'd recommend either using Microstock+ directly or in integration with StockSubmitter to achieve that. M+ would also make uploading and submission more stable and reliable in general as it's performed on our servers and doesn't depend on the end user's connection, software and hardware.

It's much more complicated to implement this feature in StockSubmitter than in Microstock.Plus because StockSubmitter doesn't keep a central database of files and instead is using your JPEG files to store any metadata and statuses.
Also, it's not just using some API, we have to actually imitate the real browser and parse the raw pages of the websites to determine the statuses.
If you really want to have your approval statuses tracked while using StockSubmitter you can try activating M+ in the Agencies settings window and check the upload checkbox for M+ to let your files be uploaded through M+. Also make sure you allow M+ to perform the submission - it'll then submit the files, track approvals and synchronize statuses back to StockSubmitter (unless you've moved/renamed the files on your hard drive).

The only agency that SS properly reports the acceptance status for is Alamy it seems (out of the 9 I submit to). Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? The other agencies only show uploaded and then submitted status.
In fact, StockSubmitter doesn't track approval status for any agency. Alamy has QC as a pre-submission step, hence if a file gets submitted it's already approved, so SS assigns the Approved status upon submission there. If you want to see approval status for other agencies you can try using Microstock.Plus instead.

Chrisroll and Niakris, I'd like to consider both of those options. How exactly would I go about doing those things? Step by step instructions would be good though with regards to setting up profiles at a particular agency, I guess I had better ask Pond 5 how to manage that.
With Stocksubmitter, I recently opened up a second account which I planned to use specifically for the exclusive Pond 5 account. Though that didn't work. When the program opened, all the agencies with their respective settings were already selected and visible from my other account.
Please open the agencies settings dialog in StockSubmitter and create a new profile in the top left corner of the window. After that you will be able to set up another set of accounts and then switch between them with ease using the drop-down list there (make sure you restart the program after switching the profiles though). As of the second option (Custom FTP) - yes, you can set up the second Pond5 account as a custom FTP (use one of the "Custom FTP N" entries in the list), but it will be uploading your files only, without automatic submission.

Just wondering if it's possible to use Stocksubmitter with two different Pond 5 accounts? I currently have an exclusive P5 account and a non exclusive P5 account. And Stocksubmitter submits to the non exclusive P5 account at the moment as well as a few other agencies.
Alternatively, I guess I could open up a second Stocksubmitter account and use that one just for the exclusive P5 account?
You can set up profiles in the agencies' settings for different sets of accounts on the agencies' websites.

I have a question, what if I delete the Images from Microstock.plus ... will they be deleted from the agencies as well ?
Of course not. You can remove the files to free up the storage space as soon as they get uploaded to the agencies, M+ can still submit them even if they are removed from the storage (except for the vectors on Dreamstime as the EPS is uploaded during the submission process there).

It is already there  If you understand the difference between the illustrative editorial and the normal editorial content - just enable the option to allow it in the Adobe settings.

Here comes a poll for the next microstock agencies to add and other news
Perhaps a cheeky question, but can't hurt to ask anyway: would you be willing to join the fight against Shutterstock's royalty cuts (and race to the bottom of the microstock industry) and support the coalition (https://stockcoalition.org/) by DISABLING the possibility to upload to Shutterstock, at least for a while?
Personally I totally support the boycott and the fight. I've already deactivated my portfolio there and will stop uploading new content. However, we cannot force paying customers to upload or not upload somewhere, that's their own decision. As far as I wish to help the community in this situation that would be not fair to those contributors who don't want to join this fight.

Hi all, hope you are all ok, and coping with the current big nasty silent threat to life as we know it.

...I presume you are all leaving / have left / are considering leaving Shutterstock? From what I can work out, Stocksubmitter for Mac no longer works? I have logged into Microstock+, but none of my agencies or files or keywords etc are there. Is there a way to import them all, or do I have to start again?
If so, is Microstock+ the best option? Has anyone else tried other uploaders? How do they compare? ...and do ANY work on iStock?!

You can import all of your tagged files into the system using the "Upload files" button. All metadata and statuses will be recognized by M+. You will just need to fill the agencies settings again and create releases if necessary.

we tried to upload videos to Dissolve. It works but there seems to be a problem with metadata submissions.
Anyon else got this?
Where`s the latest list of supported agencies? I can`t find it on stockSubmitter home.
1. Did the files pass the processing? Please check the "Metadata" tab in the batch on their website, if it shows "Processing" - files cannot be submitted yet. Also check that there are at least 10 files in the batch, they do not allow to submit less than 10 files. Another possible reason for the submission to not work is any errors - please check the "Errors" button. 2. Please just check the "Manege Agencies" section in the program, you can find the whole list there.

Anyone know where I can find the iStock API key to use in order to upload video files, I have looked on the Getty ESP but can't find it.
