Yuk. This concept is already out there on all those "logo contest" websites, where buyers get thousands of hours of work and hundreds of drafts to choose from for a few dollars. IStock also did it for a while for vectors (can't remember what it was called). Anyway, sucks hard for contributors.
Unless I am misunderstanding (which I just realised I could well be!) and the request only goes to the one contributor? In that case it is not a bad idea, but I suspect if it was implemented it would end up being like above, with requests being posted publicly and contributors competing. It would be good for the client and agency with only us poor mugs getting the sh*ft so bound to happen.
You're thinking of spec work, but that seems different than what Sepia100 implies. This sounds more like assignment work (one-on-one) where the contributor learns more about the needs of a certain buyer and the buyer can communicate what he's looking for.
I might fill in the survey later today.
That's just the usual client / photographer relationship probably with a minuscule budget!

Lowest downloads and earnings in 10 years except for my 1st year, AS beat SS nearly every month which is the only positive. It's the opposite of what I expected would happen with regular uploads.

What worries me too is shuterstocks rocketstock.com collection. They have basically been watching what sells and make their own versions of it. They have copied loads of my texture video clips. Cheats....
Let them know there's blatant copying going on and get the account closed!

Hello I'm not Mat  but the original announcement said or give to a friend. I know someone who got the code, gave it to a friend, and he installed it, worked fine, no ID association. Since that's a real life situation, I'm proposing that you can give the code away and there's nothing that says who it was originally sent to. Good for one person, one Adobe account, up to two personal computers, just like the rest of Adobe software.
And to answer a question I asked before and no one seemed to know. If you register today it's good for one year to date, to the day, not by month or week or anything else.
I have a code if anyone wants it.

Had the same problem last year and still don't know which form to fill in. I've emailed Z 3 times but all they say is go to the link with a long list of forms in German. Why can't they just have a specific link like every other site. Lost a chunk from the last payout but it wont happen again for quite a while so maybe by then it will be sorted!
If anyone knows the answer please post.
