a) the money won't grow while you sit on it b) a grip is nice but doesn't extend your capabilities much; one speed light alone will never be enough; a tripod ring - helpful, but depends on the subjects you shoot - if I shoot on a tripod I almost always do it with wider lenses; 1.4 extender - I can sell you one for little money, I'm quite disappointed with the quality (on my 70-200 2.8 IS) c) the 24-105 is not really a portrait lens, much less than the 70-200 d) 70-200 2.8 non-IS might frustrate you, better wait till you can afford the IS version e) you might wait of a very long time - and f/5.6 might also be frustrating f) 100mm 2.8 macro (also good for portrait stuff) g) won't work

I also wondered where it is, because I haven't been paid yet Also kidding, so please don't come up with the usual reply (15th of the month etc.)

So I got my payment for Jan/Feb earnings on March 22, but what about March earnings? Has anybody got any information or payment yet?

I emailed support with a polite inquiry after none of my images were reviewed for the whole of March. I received a nice email reply next day and a very favorable review within a couple of days. Try sending them a polite inquiry.
Did the same and it worked.

What I can see in your screenshots is a "Y" for "released", not sure if that means you set the images to "editorial". Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

As far as I can see it's a bigstock affiliate site, and you'll be paid for a single print (hopefully) when a poster is bought there

Has anybody got their payout for February yet? I used to get it on the 16th, but today I'm still waiting for +150$ from Jan and Feb

Indeed, there's an announcement on the buyer side and also articles on financial platforms (I own some SS shares). I did some searches too and found some of the results amazing (especially with vectors). One thing that works perfectly is uploading previews/comping images from other agencies I (tried fotolia), to see if the file is also available at shutter...

If I sell rights managed I would have to delete it on SS. I didn't want to delete the image from ss...

As I said earlier no loss to the world.
...but a $100 loss for me every month Hope the former customers move over to shutterstock rather than to istock

istock has it, too (download it from somewhere in your profile), the others don't AFAIK

I guess the easiest way would be to check if we could find files which had never othewise sold, or very seldom. Mine were mostly loosely 'travel' type, from various locations (Scotland/Kenya/Canada).
Almost all of mine were travel pics from Northern Germany/Canary Islands/France/Caribbean. Client must be a travel guide publisher or travel agent.

55 for $38.50. That's exactly $0.7 per download. Nothing to be happy about.

Got an email today listing 55 of my images (all travel, mostly Northern Germany and Canary Islands) that were recently licensed to an iStock customer in a transaction that did not occur through the website Royalty was $38.50 (which equates to $0.7 per DL). Anyone got similar emails or knows what kind of transaction that is, what client and why the royalty is so low?

So i'm the only one that buys at Fotolia? There are two reasons for me: 1. I always have credits there and don't need to buy or subscribe anywhere else 2. I mainly buy "european" images (landmarks and landscapes)

My best selling vector had 12 dls on one day, usually it has 2-6. My best selling photo has 2 dls/day on average, more in the second half of the year because it's a picture of cinnamon. Highest number ever for one shot was 6 if I remember correctly

Got about 400 vectors there for a year or so and have about 10 sales - so forget it, at least if you set your prices reasonably.
