Wow, that's a serious privacy infringement... How in the world did that release get listed for sale? Have you contacted them yet?
Yes, I've contacted them. No reply yet. It is very strange, even information aside, a photo of this quality would be rejected.

I've had several issues with Canva since they updated their upload but have not checked my port for a while. Now I did and found one of my model releases with all the personal information on it being listed for sale as a photo. What kind of review process do they have??
admin edit: changed subject to be more descriptive

Isn't SS $179 for 4K? That's the standard price I use.

Several MR forms that they accept have sensitive use or "no defamatory use" clauses in them. So how would they licence those for sensitive use? There's no way they'd be going through them to check which they can legally licence as such. Seems like a minefield for them.

My favourite is https://www.cambridgeincolour.com/forums/Digital Photography School used to have the best forum, but it looks like they have shut it down to focus on being a pay for tutorials site.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned DT. Having to click submit on every picture is a PITA. Also BS is a nuisance since they changed the batch edit to replace ALL the information and not just what one enters.

There is no way to check is there? I'm sure I met the criteria months ago but have not heard anything. My current subscription is ending in a week, so I'm a bit worried about waiting and not getting it.

I see the online form on IS to report unlicensed usage is only for exclusive content. I understand why they would do that if the source is unknown. But I've found a few of my videos all on the same YT channel with IS/Getty watermarks still on them, so obviously lifted from their site. Is there anyway to report those to IS or do I need to deal with that on my own? I've had YT channels taken down before due to copyright strikes but the process is annoying.

Several other agencies have keywording tips suggesting we use relevant metaphorical adjectives and emotions associated with the photo. CS is the only one that rejects photos because they can't physically see "success" or "sad" in the photo. Maybe that's why they also can't sell photos.

It happens all the time. SS reviewers are inconsistent. Try again.

Leave comments on each one to warn people that they could get sued by the models in the photos since there will be no MR.

Some agencies suggest using them and say they are helpful for searches. Other agencies, like CS, reject files for having keywords they can't physically see in the photo. Judging by this I'd say they are important because CS knows nothing about selling photos and it's generally a good idea to do the exact opposite of whatever they suggest.

I found an agency watermarked clip on a YouTube video a month ago and it was taken down very soon after I submitted a takedown notice. The thiefs have since re-uploaded the video but replaced my stolen content with the stolen watermarked image from SimonKR. I thought YT penalizes users if they get multiple complaints about the same issue. I've already sent SimonKR a link to the video (I'm not putting it here as I don't want to increase the views).

So this gets a blog post but changing requirements for MRs doesn't?

It actually started out as a joint venture with the CIA several years ago to undermine the stock market. After the CIA realized they had the wrong stock market they backed out but failed to remove the infrastructure for the devious plan.

For my stock animations I use 3D models that I created myself . But I need more complex 3D objects.. I would like to buy some 3d objects/models, is this possible? Or I must created all by myself? Which license allows this? Is there some page that sells this?
Tnx
You have to check the license. I use Turbosquid.
Turbosquid's TOS seems to not permit that: "You may not redistribute TurboSquid materials as part of any design template, After Effects template, stock photography, video or clip art for distribution or licensing through any online stock media clearinghouse." DAZ3D allows usage in 2D but not 3D.

And in true SS style, they do not include this info in their e-mails but rather let people get rejections until they can figure out what is happening. Just like the new MR requirements last time.

This "Professional" career advice site is using all stolen watermarked images. Some of mine there, check to see if any of yours are. All SS. http://talentmatrix.co/

I started about 6 months ago there and have zero sales so far.
I started 6 years ago and have the same number of sales as you.

Motion Elements have been specifically requesting vertical, but I couldn't be bothered to produce content especially for a non-seller.

Some of the sidebar links are redirecting to cnhv.com. (Sign Elements and some others, not all). Is anybody else getting this? I'm trying to figure out if this is a virus on my PC or on the site.
I advise the site admin to check the links as it appears to be the site. I haven't gotten the redirect on any other site today, so don't think it is a virus on my side.
