I quit too ! Today ! I'm done with this not transparency agency that hold our money, no live stat, low % for unexclusive. I had more sale than other month but lowest earning. There's a probleme here. Stop beeing naive.

I may sound stupid, but how do we submit editorial to AS ? I'm experiencing the opposite situation. Even tho my portfolio is half editorials.
As I remembered, FT didn't accept editorials. Your sales are coming directly from the AS side, where they started accepting editorials after they bought FT.
For us older contributors, we're losing the credit sales from FT's side. Maybe AS has been actively trying to convert all those credit buyers into subscribers, but credit buyers probably loved the flexibility of the system instead of being charged every month for something they may not use.

Hello ! I have a question and maybe you could help me. I always shoot the same person that is my wife. Is there a way that I can upload only one model release for every shooting ? I'm not sure it's accepted. If I can, what should I write on the model release form to make sure it is approved ? It such a waste of time to fill the form everytime. Thanks for you help

I'am totally discouraged, I can't upload vector at all. Big artboard error, smaller artboard ...errror. How I know if my work on illustrator is 4M ? This is stupid from shutterstock.

The worst, is there is an technical issue right now ! I can't upload .eps even if I upload it the way they want, I got error message. Shutterstock supports know that issue and it's been 3 days and not fix. So I can't upload anyway ! wow !

I can't upload vector anymore, I always got error message - there was problem with some of your content : We can't read what's in your file. Please re-save or re-export your file, and try uploading it again. I resaved and same problem

I think seriously about removing my portfolio. 0.01 sales .... I don't accept that. 0.48$ video sales neither. I have more sales goes up, earning goes down ... this is really bad stats. Month by month it's getting worst and worst. As i can see, it's not happening to me only. Why do we accept that ? I guess I can live without that so little earning from them ! This will help my sanity to not deal with them anymore and be again disspointed. Well I miss the old time when istockphoto was a community and sales was so good and royalties fair, and canister goal, live stat. It was positive.

What I would like to hear as a new features on AdobeStock, is last sold image showing on the dashboard instead of the portfolio. I know my portfolio, I don't need it on my dashboard. What I want to know is wich one I have sold at first look. Not by clicking 3-4 tab. Why do agency don'T ask what contributor need ?

Yup, I only discovered via msg a couple of months ago that the sales come in a couple of days before the $$$. The money should be live today or Monday.
My sales volume is low, so I need some large-value sales. Ha, trying to be hopeful, but definitely not holding my breath.
haha ! My sale volume has double, but I don't know if they are 0.01$ sales

Closing Fotolia (system) is for me (because I always had a high percentage of good credit sales) a commission cut of about 50 % ... and your celebrated "raise of commissions" helps nothing!
And that is NOT FAIR!
I notice sales are now very very low, and some day I have no sale at all when I used to have severals sales a day until fotolia close. Very disapointing...
