So my question is this. For the last two years I have qualified for the Bonus (thank you Adobe) My plan when I was paying for it ran from Oct to Oct. According to my Adobe account page I will be charged for a year on Oct 29. I already have qualified for a new code for the photography plan under the new guidelines - but If I don't get a new code until Feb will I have to pay for my plan between Oct and Feb when I get a new code?
Thanks

Strange month indeed - fewest DL's in over a year but the highest RPD $1.07- mostly due to 4 higher dollar sales.
(still don't send them new work)

Has anybody else noticed their DL numbers randomly decrease in the new interface?
Last night when I made a final check of sales before calling it a day I had 100 dl's this morning I only have 98.
It happened once during the day yesterday when I seem to have lost a sale...
And I'm still having trouble reconciling my records with this month payment.
I may have just hit my frustration threshold with these clowns.

Well I am finally seeing the new dashboard - April my Subs got me $1.27 (15 dl's @ 0.084 per image) May $4.38. (27 dl's @ 0.1622 per image) June $10.12 (52 dl's @ 0.1946 per image) July $12.68 (67 dl's @ 0.1907 per image) What a great deal for us - so makes up for the hundreds of dollars I'm down each month since the Getty deal and free images started,

I'll look into this for you.

Hope this doesn't mean it's an error and the $$$ get clawed back.

"next Monday".... is actually a public holiday in Australia (or at least, in NSW where Canva is HQ'd).
Look when he wrote that - his next Monday was 6 days ago.

The thing that confuses contributors is it that you use the term 'Illustrative Editorial" to mean something different than how, the first micro site (SS) to use the term, defines "Illustrative Editorial".
Products are "Illustrative Editorial' and identifiable buildings are just editorial on SS. Frankly I don't understand the need for the distinction but that's the way they do it.
Adobe Stock on the other hand is lumping all editorial images (without people) into "illustrative Editorial".
As for what is acceptable at AS in regards to buildings as Commercial vs Editorial and what SS considers Commercial or Editorial can be quite different and somewhat vague, not only to contributors but to reviewers as well. Rejections are all over the place.
My advice to anyone is upload it and let AS figure it out.

You will see subscription sales in the new interface, which is rolling out by next Monday. I can confirm you have subscription sales. Sorry that it's not showing up on the old dashboard.
Still not seeing anything new in the reporting.

hi ppl. this is the second year that i am getting adobe cc all aps redemption code, but this year is strange a bit as i received email in spam folder from <[email protected]> ? is that email correct? also i tried to click on link, and there was redemption code, and after that , redemption code was succesfull, but on my account its still showing "Redemption code Expires on December 31, 2019." i dont know what happened? anyone have same problem?
Same thing but the account corrected itself to the correct renewal date in 24 hours - I also got an email from adobe confirming redemption of the code.

The end result would have been the same regardless. You had a windfall in June due to software error. The error has been fixed, and the account normalized.
Windfall in June . At Canva June was $200 less than May and $400 less than June 2018.

I'd really like for someone to explain this to me.
9 Canva Sales netting me .60 each - all on Aug 22
all corresponding with ...
9 Canva refunds costing me -.86 each - all on Aug 14
It seems last month Canva negotiated a lower rate that applied retroactively too all sales from all previous months. Hence the large refunds and repurchase at the lower rate. My guess anyway.
Thanks for the explanation but that borders on criminal.

I would be helpful for AS to start reading the Description field instead of the title field. I'm pretty sure most Editorial images shooters are doing it that way as that is what we are all used to for SS.
