Update: Got this from BS today:
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your case. We have received news from our Higher Office, and according to them, the Bridge Program for existing contributors was discontinued in April 2022. In this case, if you wish to have your content on Bigstock, we suggest you upload the content manually.

I sent a message to BS. They actually seem more responsive to support issues.

It looks like my portfolio stopped transferring photos on April 20th.

On March 18th I had 2 sales for .16 each. I reached out to DT whose reply was that it was my percentage of the sales price, and referred me to the earnings page. Which still in my opinion doesnt explain the lower royalties.

Im over this - just deleted all my images (10k+) and told them to close my account. They have become less and less relevant - Not even making payout last month for the first time in over 10 years.
Did you let them know why? I just emailed them asking for an explanation.
Yes I did edit: The Explanation they sent me: Thank you for contacting us. The deduction you see in your earning balance indicates that the download was refunded. Refunds may occur due to a number of reasons, such as the content not meeting client's requirements, fraudulent downloads, or credit card chargebacks. In cases such as credit card chargebacks, it may take a few weeks to months before the refund is reflected in your account, due to the processing times involved of the banks of both parties, in addition to the manual verification that needs to be done by our finance personnel. Thank you for your kind understanding and patience in this matter. Hope this clarifies, please contact us again if you require any further clarification.

I used to periodically get those notices but hadn't gotten one since Jan 2018 - Then I got two this week, and I'm sure I have more than those two images without sales in the last 4 years.

Looks like I just squeaked by.
Bad news is, I have to pay by Feb 4, so I may have to pony up for one month.
I had a 3 month difference when they changed to the Feb Code Reporting date and support was very unhelpful. But call them they will probably give you a free month that's all they would offer me. I ended up paying for a year because it was cheaper than paying monthly for 3 months.

To delete images go to Catalog Manager Mouse over the image you want to delete and click on the pencil (edit) icon
That takes you to the edit page where you just need to click on the Trash Can to delete
Beware that deleting the image will still leave a trace of it in the system for a while (weeks, possibly forever) and you might still get the similar rejection.
My suggestion is don't try to re-edit for SS just make more new better pictures.
Edit: Though on replacing the sky - I think that might be worthwhile - and with that much of a change you may not get the similar rejections.

They take 30% in taxes if your country doesn't have tax treaty or something
My country has a tax treaty.
So does the US but they still take a small percentage.

...It's clear that Commercial images far outsell Editorial. As for making editorial images commercial by cloning out logs etc I think it's a waste of time. I think whether or not to edit an image to allow it to be sold with a commercial license is dependent on the content and location of the image - assuming that the contributor has the ability to do the work invisibly.
I have a number of images that have done very well as commercial but would have had to be editorial without a lot of cloning. This is an example - it's in my top 50 images at Adobe Stock and was doing similarly well at Shutterstock while I was still there.

Although some of the uses it sells for would work fine with an editorial license, as the Cayman Islands is a financial center - world-renowned tax haven - many of the uses are in advertising and marketing contexts.
This is just my personal opinion. I dont understand why removing logos etc from the buildings makes an image non-editorial. The place and buildings and boat are still recognizable. Good on you for doing the work and having a successful image.

I've been crunching some numbers lately -
With slightly over 253,000 total DL's 32,600 DL's are Editorial / Travel & Illustrative Editorial DL's - so roughly about 13%. Dollar wise it's about 11% of my total sales.
This is on a portfolio of 15k images. About 6800 (45%) of those images are Editorial (5k are Editorial / Travel and 1800 are Illustrative Editorial). I don't have exact numbers but Illustrative Editorial outsell Editorial / Travel (Just looking at August there were 58 Editorial / Travel DL's and 152 Illustrative Editorial DL's)
It's clear that Commercial images far outsell Editorial. As for making editorial images commercial by cloning out logs etc I think it's a waste of time. I don't do it so can't say with any authority if it's worth doing. My commercial images are studio images - people - business - food - drink - objects etc.

Not sure the minimum but its less than $100. From your dashboard click on "available earnings" Up in the right corner of the Statistics page will be a blue button with your earnings and the word Payout. Click it and follow the directions.

...Any thoughts?
My first thought was that I couldn't see how this could in any way be an assist in marketing the agency - they are licensing images, not the contributors who created them.
My second thought was that none of that information was any of Alamy's business.
My third thought was that it was a totally harmless set of information and that on balance, contributing to their time-wasting exercise wouldn't take long.
So I completed the survey knowing that I was of zero help to them as I'm white, old, not disabled and in most other respects boringly mainstream
Exactly what I was thinking
