Upon accessing the contributor portal, a notification bar appeared at the top, stating: "Vector uploads are temporarily disabled. We apologize for the inconvenience." I wanted to inquire if other contributors have experienced a similar message and if there's any information available regarding the estimated duration of this temporary disablement?

I'm considering using AI-generated images as a reference for colors and composition, and then redrawing them using Adobe Illustrator with additional elements. Will upload it as Vector illustration. Do I still need to show that it is AI generated? Thanks

I just realized that I entered the wrong email address for my Skrill account. So that's why I haven't been paid for June! I just corrected the information in my Shutterstock account. Money for June no longer appears in my Shutterstock dashboard and I have not received it. Has anyone had this happen? What will happen next?

Today I all day trying to figure how save EPS files (Illustrator 10). I drew a rose, klick View-> Outline. The lines are good and understandable. But the problem starts when I saved the file. File-> Save as -> eps -Version: Illustrator 10 -Format: none -Transparent; - Font: leave blank -Options: note only "Printers default screen"
Close the program, open again. klick View-> Outline and this time all lines are damaged, there is a mess! Can no longer edit gradients. What happened? Is this normal?

I cant find Fotolia email adress. I have problem with my Fotolia account. I cant login. They answered "Please send us the following information from the email address listed in your Fotolia account profile in order for us to be able to review this for you: 1. Login name 2.
