I can assure you this is not my first project of eCommerce.

You are aware it's only 7% and you can offset it with the 19% VAT you have paid for lenses, cameras etc. It's not a problem people just tend to make a problem out of it.

Yes you can handle it like this and this can fix the tax issue (and i falling in love with my tax office  ) .
But this only one site of the problem. There a maybe law issues when you not only deal with an Agency.

I think an Agency solution would orgen for a massive grow of Symbio.
Make things easy and the people will come to Symbio and would leave the convetional Agencies .

Here is my specific problem in the Agreement:

This standard license agreement is between you (buyer) � the End User � and R2D2.

This means that the contract is concluded directly between R2D2 and the buyer. In German law (I think it is similar throughout the eu) symbiostock-network.com is only a broker.
But this is a Problem because than i have do pay the taxes in germany which depends on every buyers homecountry.
That is very difficult and it is the same i have when i host my own Symbiowebsite.

If is the contract is between buyer and symbistock-network.com i (as a Contributor) have only to report the monthly payment thats much easier. Because than symbistock-network.com is an Agency not a broker.
This is one reason why it is so easy for germans to work with the conventional agencies.
You can see it in the agreements of the big 4 always the angency is contractor for the buyer.

I know it's complicated but it comes here very much on the details.
The idea of symbiostock-network.com is great and i think there is a great need for that!

At this time symbiostock-network.com can only fix the technical issues not the law and tax problems for me.

Rejections partly arbitrary.
They treat us not as partners.

I hope the 500 signers of the petition take a look at Symbiostock.
A great opportunity to get rid off this outrageous agencies.

ETA: Actually it might be easier to do it as a small person/company because unless you make revenues of more than � 50.000, you can get away without charging and accounting for VAT. And if you indeed make more than � 50k, I think you should be able to afford a tax advisor/accountant.

this is not correct it is 17,500� a year and you do not have a "Vorsteuerabzug".
In addition, you need quite german law texts like Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
But yes you can do all of this but the effort is enormous.

Yes. But I think this tax issuses are the same in the whole EU!


If we find no good solution EU contributors can not participate in symbiostock.
I can gladly explain exactly the problem if necessary. But the biggest problem would be solved for EU contributors if they only had a contract by 1  "Agency" and not with the individual buyers.

it does not seem easy but it is possible for example somthing like that:

Contributors would have to start a nonprofit organization.
Funded by the members themselves this organization uses the infratsructure of Symbiostock and is domiciled in the United States.
Each member pays for example $ 100 for his membership.
The organization is a non profit organization and is only for billing and to feed the images to the Symbiostock-Network responsible.

I think there are many contributors who would like to deliver Symbiostock but they just cant because they cant programming a website or just have problems with tax and laws in ther home countrys. That is very unfortunate.

The deadline is too short.  Many contributors outside Russia know nothing yet from the D-day!

i also think that we need more time to gather our forces!

We are many and together have more skills and labor force than any single agency.
