In May I got -50% downloads comparing to March and only 1/3 of the revenue.
Looks like a death spiral, but there is the seasonal factor.

Don't know why everyone is bashing at panicAttack.
The situation described can be deeply offensive/defamatory for the model.

Raising taxes doesnt do any good if the people arent paying them in the first place.
Nothing good ever comes out of raising taxes.

...this is a beginning of the end of EU - Tsipras is a historical figure - true hero!...
if you are not joking i would like to say that he would be a hero if he had any courage at least political kind of courage, and he was elected to have some. Greece choose him to do what he is supposed to do now, and what he does, he make referendum to wash his hands of any responsibility.
I wish more countries would hold referendums on important matters. Referendums are banksters and eurocrat's biggest fear. If greeks are smart enough, they will get out of the euro and start walking with their own legs. But yes Greece has itself to blame, that's what happens with left-wing populism.
It's unsustainable for different countries to share the same currency, especially with such disparity between them. The countries lose the ability to control inflation and money supply. Then you start seeing weird patterns, like everyday products costing triple in Spain than in Germany.
EUSSR was a bad idea from the start, except from freedom of movement. That's ruined though now with illegals getting a free pass. Why have visa policies at all if 3rd world muslim people get to live in Europe forever on taxpayer money. I liked Europe, but it's collapse is inevitable. Maybe eastern europeans can watch how western europe is slowly turning into a hellhole and wake up before it's too late.
I don't like referendums because people vote for what would be best for them now, not for the long term. So they often take the option that leads to problems in the future. There's the same problem with elections, all politicians ignore long term plans because they know they only need to get voted in now, so they promise things that will cause big problems in future years.
Have to agree with you on that one. In modern societies, people are trained very effectively to be dumb and not think for themselves. In an enlightened society it would work better. But I still trust the people more than the government, better to have the choice of digging your own grave than just being thrown off the cliff.

Yes, sudden jump in SOD 0.38 sales here too. Overall, the best sales day ever on SS for me yesterday. Something definitely changed there. Already on pace for the best month ever on SS this month!
I'm having the best month in sales, but far from BME in $ - no EL, few OD / big SOD's.

OK just got my e-mail from Getty that I was paid ... yes ... $99.58. So I guess the $100 minimum means close to $100. No complaints.
No, they are based in US now and keep 30% tax for US sales.

At least Mat is coming here and being helpful and answering all our questions.
Where is SS, IS, DT?

I also got quite a few SOD's.

I would probably go exclusive, but I don't think they're willing to offer higher royalties just yet. They are 70% of my revenue and growing so I think it would be worth it. If enough contributors went exclusive, other agencies would be seriously affected and customers would also move to SS.

EU is the socialist utopia created by the banks, for the banks.
Errr ... isn't there a bit of a disconnect here? Last time I looked the banks were pushing capitalism for all it's worth.
When major international banks go broke in a free market capitalism, there are no bailouts. They would go bankrupt. Read about the quantitative easing policy being done in US/UK/EU/Japan. Anyone with a good understanding in economy knows it simply devalues the currency, creates inflation and skyrocket the stock market, creating wealth for the top 0,1% and not improving the general economy. That's not capitalism, that's state controlled economy. The banks finance all the mainstream political parties, so it doesn't matter who wins, politicians are always tied up. The few anti-EU/pro-Europe exceptions are effectively bombarded against in the media. Elections nowadays are a major distraction so people think they actually have a choice, while unelected eurocrats like Juncker decide the (catastrophic) future of Europe.

That's something you'd expect from EU. A failed project by design.
It's exactly what they want, take away all personal freedoms to "protect us" from "terrorism" while pulling as many poor people in and force everyone to take them, even though majority of people in all countries are against it. At the same time screwing europeans with huge unemployment and lower wages.
EU is the socialist utopia created by the banks, for the banks.

I don't think a relevant amount of SS customers will move to Adobe.
I do believe in FT and SS taking market share from IS and the small agencies, which is great.

If IS ever wants to get back into business, first thing they should do is scrap that whole keywording idea. That single move would attract much more uploads. I haven't uploaded there in a long time, but it's still my 3rd agency and earnings are still ok. But I will never upload again until they sort out the upload system. Too much time consuming for the financial return.

Has anyone else noticed a horrible day with subs today, Monday? I usually get 30-50 on weekdays and today it shows none, but one OD and two peanut SODs. If thisnis real, and not a bug, something very bad has happened.
Are your files still in the same position of the search? I always monitor my best sellers so I'll know if something's changed. It could be you were just extremely unlucky that one day. If it happens again though, that would definitely be a reason for concern.

Since Adobe changed the site, I'm selling about half of what I used to.

I have seen quite a few portfolios like these, people with 20k, 50k, 90k similar images of the same subject over and over again. There is one guy who does this in my niche, he buries my new files with ugly similars, but in the end I have seen maybe one of his images on the top page. Most of these will never sell, some do but not very often. It definitely affects visibility of new files though, as they are already born around page 3.

Im thinking yes. Anyone notice anything. Im having HUGE days from stuff that is so far Buried I can't tell ya. Like BDE in 10 Years kinda days since last tues. anyone? Not complaining one bit But WOW!! whatever there doing...PLEASE keep it up. Im Talking stuff that I didn't even recognize as Mine there so Old. And not just a random few Like always But the vast majority.... Maybe Im Part of a test?? Dunno.
Most likely you got a few customers who liked your portfolio and bought several images that day. In SS search you can see files slowly going up or down according to sales. Not like some other agencies where all of a sudden images change position completely.

I am not seeing this pattern. I have 4 normal days (monday to thursday) and +-friday and slow weekend.
I'm counting only the downloads. Range of $$ vary widely depending on how many OD's.

Last month I got 3 in a single week, but only 1 in May... we can't draw any conclusions from such low numbers.
