For me the website says incorrect login/password when I try to sign in, yet Stocksubmitter can submit photos using the same password

Just bookmark Insights(Activity) page and refresh if you want to see details and sales changes, seems much easier and simpler than bunch of emails.
I sound like lawyer of Adobe stock 
While the "Insights" page has some nice functions, it's also seriously lacking.
There are no usable sales report. There should be a page with all you recent downloads listed chronologically. Without having to set date ranges or anything. That would be very basic.
Now there is now way to comfortably follow your sales.
What i see is that the Fotolia contributor site has been shut down without providing a usabale alternative first
Insights > My Statistics > Activity > display Statistics and after you view that, the website remembers, bookmark that page. The default date is last three months. You don't have to set or select anything. Now your landing page will be, Activity without having to click anything. Nice and easy, just takes getting there the first time.
The subject here is the combined emails which take us to all time Best Sellers by money instead of recent Activity.
I know this. But this is what i need. I don't want date ranges. And even if you set it to the current day, the downloads ar not in chronological order, so when you visit it, you don't know immediately which sales are fresh. This page is way to complicated to to use to see your recent sales.
I list of recent download which is not sorted by earning value and constrained by any date range, just a continuous list would be quite essential.
And they can't provide this very basic thing at least give us back the sales report emails
Sorry, but mine are in chronological order. You don't need to set the date range, but we can, which if it wasn't there, others would complain that they CAN'T set the date range? 
So you want then sorted in date order by earnings? 
There are four choices in the drop down box. (actually five but withholding means nothing to me) Top Sellers, Downloads, Earnings, Activity. What did you want?
Ignore date range if you don't want it, that's set to the last three months by default. If you want a bigger range for some reason, you can pick last year, the same months for example. The date range is a potentially useful tool.
Yes I realize change is sometimes difficult, but the new website has many good features and it's very simple, once someone takes the time to look. Also there are some important features we could use, like sort on our own, when we want to edit keywords, without going through page after page to hunt randomly for an image.
Give it a chance and look around. ps Come Nov. we won't be having this discussion, will we? Might as well adapt now and make the best of what we have.
Ok, i was somewhat wrong. If i bookmark the page when it shows recent activity actually the bookmark remembers and shows recent activity again, even though the selection box on the top left corner goes back to "top sellers". That made me confused, but it actually works, so thanks for making me see that page more times. Still, i would prefer getting the activity updates in emails as it is way faster to go through emails than opening a web browser and loading web pages. For emails i don't even need to touch the mouse to go through tens of them in a few seconds.

Very disappointed...
I'd prefer to have the option for real time sale reports in emails.
Also it was a mistake to decrease the functionality of Fotolia contributor interface as Adobe Stock's interface is seriously lacking in functionality an poorly designed.
Fotolia used to have the most pleasant contributor interface among all microstock sites.
On adobe stock i can't even find where can i see the last sales i had. Which should be the default view for contributors.
It's feels really bad to lose the Fotolia interface for this semi-functional beta site.
What i would prefer grouped together in one email are reports about file reviews.
But please, keep the one by one sales report emails!

So, I have Google alers turned on for my Stock name and today I got message from Google. Went to check, and saw this article https://www.jugendhilfeportal.de/jugendschutz/artikel/weltdrogentag-awo-fordert-suchtpraevention-statt-repression/
Date for the article is 26.06.2018 (yesterday) and I haven't had any sales reported for this image in the last week. In fact, the only time, this image was purchased from Fotolia this year was 27.04.2018. What do you think? Did te buyer re-used this image after so long time or is there a glitch in reporting? Thoughts?
Two months doesn't count as a long time for me in any ways. Aren't buyers allowed to use the images for at least one year anyways?

There is the "Shooting Date" field for releases registered in Stocksubmitter.. does this info get submitted to any of the sites?

261 pages = 26,100 images and not 261,000. Still POS is an excellent description.

This is actually a feature requested by some users.
You can create releases with the same name because some users are having multiple releases for multiple agencies and they're controlling which releases will go to which agencies using the "Upload to" setting.
As of issues you're experiencing you can just add something to the release name (e.g. shooting date) so the program will upload the new release instead of an old one.
Yes, I'm starting to do that. I hope no site will have issue with the fact that what i write in the name field doesn't match exactly with the model's name.

So it's really happening on Shutterstock too.
The newer releases that I've made to adress the rejections of the old ones are not even uploaded to the site.
If the only way to distinguish between different releases is the name field than Stocksubmitter shouldn't allow us to save releases with the exact same name.

I am not sure where to report bugs, so I am trying here.
There is an ugly bug with how stock submitter handles model releases. I have noticed it at iStock but it could also relate to other agencies.
When I uploaded to images to iStock, Stock submitter associated images with older model releases of the same model (and not the actual model release that shows in the stock submitter interface) which resulted in Date conflict rejections - now I have to correct everything manually.
The problem seems to be how Stock submitter saves releases at iStock - by using only model name and not the shoot date.
It's not really a bug.
The program checks for the existence of the releases on the agency website by their names (First + Last name) because those are the only fields visible at all of the agencies and there is no other way.
So if you have multiple releases with the same name and one (or more) of them are already at the agency website the program will use them instead of uploading a new one (otherwise it would upload tons of duplicates of the same release).
If you want a new release to be uploaded you can give it a different name in the program (First or Last name).
I have to look into this. If it really works like you've said, than it's a huge issue. No for months i'm make newer and newer releases, because they get rejected on Shutterstock.. I'm have written countless e-mails to support claiming that now my release complies with all their criteria. And they keep getting rejected. It's going on for half a year. Could it be that the photos are submitted with the old release? Never thought about checking that, as it seemed to be obvious that different releases with the same name have to be handled somehow.

Please, someone who have model released images accepted recently on Shutterstock,
In what format do you write dates?
I find contradicting info about it. I've seen SS forum post about releases being rejected for the date written in the format suggested in some FAQ pages on the SS website.
I couldn't get any releases accepted for months, and when I ask support about the problem I always just get a generic text about release rules, but it seems to me I'm complying with all of them.

Looks like there is no way to bulk submit images, you have to click through every upload, even selecting categories.
So it's a big NO to upload here.
I even wonder how those 180.000 images got up there with this condition.
The only way I would give this site a try would if i could submit hundreds of images with 3-4 mouseclicks maximum
Selecting categories and 6-7 clicks for every single file.. no way

You can't do that. Accounts had been suspended for such things already.
You have to own the copyright of anything you upload. You can not buy the copyright of images sold on stock sites.

I just did the survey, and also felt strange at this question. Like where am I?
It really seemed to be out of contest.
Maybe they wanted to refer to people like content creators on for Youtube and similar things, who may become stock footage buyers? But even in this case I don't see how this model could work out beneficially

Not yet. This is one of the most requested features and I've communicated it to the development team loud and clear. Hopefully it will happen but I don't know when that would be.

I wonder if they will make announcement for buyers that they can use the "new" search ordering again when this gets fixed. Probably by now buyers have learnt that that option is useless..

I don't get it why they don't tell contributors to stop uploading for a while. Now basically none of the videos submitted in the last two weeks or even more are available on the site. Also the "newest" search is totally unusable for buyers at this point.

Can any one tell me what I might be doing wrong? My clips are between 200 and 450 Mb in size, with extension MOV. It's not that I am impatient, as the simply NEVER appear (not even after a week).
Did it work before, or is this the first time you're trying to upload footage?
Also, it could be wise to hold off video upload from SS until this situation sorted out...
Thanks for the tip! I did upload video, but that was 2 years ago. Now I have a few clips, rendered them with the preset of 2 years ago, upload them just like I always do with my photos, but then they just do not seep to arrive at Shutterstock ...
I havn't tried uploading in the last week or so, so i don't know if there is some issue, but keep in mind that with videos you sometimes have to wait a few hours until they appear ready for submission. I've only made stock footage in photojpeg and h.264 codecs with 48 KHz audio being uncompressed or 320 kbps AAC. These have worked for me all the time

Ever since the merger with Adobe we are stuck with 0.33 and 0.99c, pushing subs etc, etc, instead of the good credit-sales we used to get. Give me back Oleg and the old Fotolia anytime!
I don't know how to feel about it.. I'm also really missing the good old credit sales. Yet my overall earnings are increasing slightly since the Adobe takeover, and sold files seem to be a healthy mixture of new images, old good sellers, and an occasional sale of of some wierd old image that I had already forgotten about
