hey guys i got 18 pictures pending more then a month now, just joined 2 months ago, first 10 was approved with in 10 days, now it's been more the a month waiting to approve the 18 others

what do u think? should i keep uploading or just let it go?

like i said, i am selling stock trough my agent since 5 years now, i decided to take some of the action to myself and to start buliding the stock more often

there is no rules for selling stock, i had a serires from a place i travel a lot , there are more than 10,000 images in each stock from this place only, for some reason my pictures from there sell sell sell over and over again, but the stock agency didnt let me upload them as they don't have any demand, so i guess this mistery would keep going on and on

so for now if i understand you right you say just put them in all sites?

i ment this in more of the multiply pictures for same pupose for example X building in new york, that there is 4000 pictures of the same buliding, don't u think it worth deleting the more standard pictures and leave 400 of the same and not 4000? i mean in terms of quality lighting and act

hey all i am new as a contributor at my own, i just wonder if most of microstock allow non exclusive why not submitim to them all, and why people are talking about droping agency if they allready have there work there?

if it's not exclusive why don't u put your work in as many as you can to generate more profits anyway people dose not work with all of them at once so diffrent clients diffrent potential of sales

thanks for all, and thanks for accepting me to the group, wasn't afended by the troll thing, i was just submiting pictures trough my agent witch is registered in the stock website since few years

i guess il give up on getty, now i am braking my head on Pond5, what a pleasure of a website submiting 50 pictures take about 1.5years untill u do it in there interface of 1990 ahhhh

yes i did and i did see the contributor site but it seems now you need to go for some contest to join getty is it ture? how dose it work?

well, i only do 1 more re shoot if needed

to aviod miss understanding with client i ask for a referance to the shoot, prior shoots that have done, even if they tell me the other photographer didnt do a good job i ask to get the pictures and understand what do they expect from the new shoot

i even ask from clients to take a picture with there mobile that i can see spaces that i should work in to see what need to be done

if it's a big client with high budget few thusends, just go to a production meeting with them and bring some internet visuals to see what the client wants

if his not happy with the first shoot and i do think his right or i value his project, i would make sure 100% what he want to change

sometimes i take extra money for reshooting to cover costs

for video editing i give me clients a editing brif, and they should singed on it after they wrote it, then if they have problems i refer them to the brif they gave
