You can start to flame on me and act as a pro how much you want, this doesn't change the situation...i'm not positive about microstock

What i was trying to say is that if this forum wants to be a sort of community we must share more new ideas rather than past failures

hey guys this forum has become the Wailing Wall...stop whining and put out some ideas to get better....It's just too easy to say:

"oh fuck istock my sales are baaaaaaad now"
"my sales are going down from 2010!"
"fotolia pay me miserably"

I'm sure that some of you guys will earn waaaay more if you would put the same effort in shooting rather than making analysis between past and present

Adobe Stock / Re: Uploading to Fotolia
« on: November 03, 2014, 07:25 »
People need to learn to disagree without being disagreeable. I had people contact me to say they agreed with me but are afraid to post because they will get flamed. It's OK to not share the same views. That's what makes the world go round.

i'm actually uploading to fotolia...i've not good, but enough sales there

iStockPhoto.com / Re: First Month of the New Improved IS
« on: November 03, 2014, 03:27 »
well i don't have a super big portfolio but i think that with 1100 images i can say something....in the end, my first month with new istock was not that bad.
Regular donwloads are down for about 35%, but $ earned are almost same as July which was one of my good months this year....so i still can't regret nothing.... Will wait for PP to make a statement

General Stock Discussion / Re: Travel photography Sales

So what subject is self maintainable to make a living from microstock?

from my limited experience i can assume that the only subject that is self maintanable are business/people/office/workers pictures...and i think i'm not that wrong

General Stock Discussion / Re: Travel photography Sales
« on: October 29, 2014, 05:02 »
travel photography is self-maintanaable ONLY if you have a good sales network....if you sell only in microstock no...

if someone is doing travel photography and living from it selling ONLY on microstock is really welcome to share his/her experience and numbers ;D....until then i stay on my idea
