General Stock Discussion / Editorial caption

Hi,
I am in microstock for a little over three years, and produce images for commercial use. My acceptance rate is good. In an attempt to start with images for editorial use, I made a test upload of a photo to Shutterstock, got a rejection for unacceptable caption, and trying to figure out what I did wrong.
I use Lightroom and I type the 'Title' in the TITLE section, and the 'Caption' in the CAPTION section of the software, using the Format:
"CITY, STATE/COUNTRY MONTH DAY YEAR: [Factual description of the image content, including who and what the image portrays]".
I would appreciate your advice as to what I might have done wrong.
