V1.2.7 version is available on Google Play. Fix the problem of Canstock, also solve the problems that some users may meet for Dreamstime and Bigstock.
If you meet problems with some agencies, please use the debug module to send me the debug info. Many thanks to those users who sent me the debug e-mail and help me solve the problems above.

Hello Woo, now i'm in italy and still Bigstock and Deposit are 0 photo and 0 sells, so seems to me that this 2 micro stock don't work.
There is a way to reset this 2 micro and reset the user and password? maybe this is the problem?
V1.2.2 Android version should be available on Google Play in a few hours, please try this version to check if it solves your problem.
i'm on iPhone not android and still nothing change still the same problem

Do you have your Cart manager plugin activated? That sometimes conflicts with other plugins or settings and deactivating it is a workaround. Have you addedd any new plugins that might interfere? What changes have you made since it was last working properly?
As far as I can recall, I didn't change anything, all of a sudden, it stopped working. The cart manager plugin is deactivated since a long time. I also tried to deactivate and then activate all the theme and plugins, and the result remains the same.

From someday on, the "Process Images" process suddenly failed with error 500 code, the preview image was not correctly generated. Anybody has the same problem? how to solve it? Server environment: - Hosted on bluehost

i can't sync with can stock, accepts the password but don't sync, i can't sync also with pond5, synced the 1st time but now i added photos and i can sync

my version is 1.2.2, is the last?
Yes, this is the latest version. Currently I cannot reproduce the problems of canstock, pond5,bigstock, deposit which some of you meet( All agencies work well on all of my devices), so I can not do anything for now, sorry.
ok, I'll try delete the app and re-instal maybe solves me the problem
If you are still having problems with canstock and pond5, please try the new debug feature, this is a great tool to solve problems remotely.

The problem you meet may relate to your personal data on the corresponding agencies or your network, reinstall the app won't help you solving the problem in most cases, I'm afraid you can only deselect all the abnormal agencies from agencies config screen.

I am using the iphone/ipad version. At last app that actually does a good job with the agencies I am using. Thank you WooStock!
Is is possible to do something with the constant sign in for 123rf? I assume it is the website that requires the input of verification, but it is very annoying. Thank you once again for the great app.
123rf is the only agency that you need to input a recaptcha code everyday or everytime you start the app, there's nothing I can do about it.

thank for your help with 123,
still now with the app all fine only Bigstock and Deposit no good was 0 photos, i thought was a login error but near the name of micro stock site can only push the refresh key, can't retry the login. 
I'll do some tests when I am free, sorry for your inconvenience.

I think you need to upgrade the app to the latest version to prevent this error next time.
To fix the wrong earning number of Pond5, goto the menu page, choose "Adjust Earning" menu item, then choose Pond5, and input a number to balance out the wrong negative earning data.
It was the latest version available, so I don't think that's the problem with my issue.
Does this mean that I have to manually adjust earnings after every payout?
If the old balance minus the new balance equals or greater than $25 at Pond5( Each site has different payout threshold), the app will take it as a payout, otherwise, it will take it as a refund. You can look at your case to see why this error happened. If you don't run the app for a few days, and you get sales during this period, and then you run the app after the payout, the app will run into trouble.

Hello i'm new here and i installed on my iPhone the last Stock Stats app, all looks fine, only to sites i have problems: Bigstock and Deposit give me zero photos
there is a solution?
maybe off topic but would be nice to solve this question too: thank to this app i notice that i had sella photo on 123rf but how i can see on the site which one i had sell?
The strange is that i can see in Earnings on 22 July 1 sell for .22$ but in the upper section is still 0 any help?

There' a bug (I guess).. I had a payout on Pond5 today and my Pond5 balance is showing a negative number.
I get that the app "calculates" how much you have earned by comparing the current balance with the balance from the last login, but in this case it doesn't give the correct number (depends on how you define correct) - the useful number. I surely didn't lose x$ with the payout... is there a way to fix this?

The new line graph is pretty cool. Gives a more accurate picture of how good or bad the earnings are going
Would you please modify the title of the post to "Stock Stats - Free mobile app" or something similar for other members to understand that the app also supports iOS ?

I am using this app to know , at a moment, how much money have I made today. I know that agencies have different time zone but at 10 AM my time, I consider the day closed.
I have an average of 60+ dl/day and I don't want to know every time a file is downloaded. This will only be useful for a beginner. Remember when you were a beginner and had 1 dl/day? 
Anyway, like I said, it is ok like that.
There's a trick to solve your problem, stop using this app(quit or log out) from 10:00 o'clock till 24:00. you'll get the data you want.

Interesting, but there are 7 other agencies in my list. I really love this app , Stock stats. It would be wonderful to set start hour 10 am and end hour 9.58 am (next day) and see the real numbers for a day. If it is not possible...that's ok.

The main purpose of Stock Stats App is to read your balance and file number data on agencies' web sites and notify you when the data is changed. All the stats data are generated based on the balance data( new balance minus old balance equals your new earning). If you don't run the app very often, the daily stats data will be inaccurate. So, I don't think it is much meaningful for the user to set time zone. Don't forget every agency web site has different time zone. I hope others users can provide your suggestions, because it is technically possible to provide this feature. I may change my mind according to your opinions.

All daily statistics are based on local time zone, it's only an estimation, hardly possible to be completely precise.

I already got that. 123RF might be wrong because their last payment was not registered yet on the site. That means from 1 till 15 of the month I will nor get the correct amount even if on the site the amount is correct. Maybe you are not extracting the data correctly.
On all other agencies the app shows the correct amount, meaning how much I have on that agency regardless the month. For example FT - just withdraw 120, still have around 49 and the app shows 49. This month I have earned 42 and since i installed the app 1.59.
DP is 0 even though i have money there.
After communicating in detail, we both agree that it is not a bug.
