On DP the file number is also 0.
On some android devices, the app will go wrong when crawling DP data. It should be fine on most android devices and all iOS devices. I cannot find a way to fix this problem for now, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,
Just installed the app. Nice!
But I have two problems:
1. No stats for DP
2.Wrong amount for 123RF - it includes current month and last month earnings.
For question No. 2: In the index page, the app shows the current account Balance for each agency. It is not your monthly earning. In the Stats page, it show your earning statistics of some month based on the data after you install the app.

Yup, on the latest version. No both don't update. I think that without entering the captcha the app is unable to get access to the shutterstock information. However it is not prompting me to enter the captcha, so there is not much I can do.
I even tried removing shutter stock and re adding it, and even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. In both cases it simply used the already saved login and password information and did not ask me to re enter them. So that did not work
Just release V1.1.7 for android on Google Play. Please update it in a few hours and tell me your results because I cannot reproduce this problem on my own devices. Thank you.

Just installed it, nice app!
Some issues:
It doesn't load the balance for Pond5 (shows zero).
It doesn't load the number of images for 123rf (shows zero).
It doesn't load either of those numbers for Depositphotos.
And one additional question: Would it be possible to make the notification sound configurable?

P.S: all of the above for the Iphone version...
I'll publish a new iOS version in a few days, most of these problems will be fixed in this new version. No configurable notification sound for now, maybe consider it in some future version. Thank you for your feedback.

Hey, can you save or move this app to the SD card?
I think it's OK.You can try to move the app to the external storage using your favourite tools. If it stops working after moving, just move it back or reinstall it without data loss.

Ray, I've been facing a new problem over the last couple of days. Shutterstock will not update. Normally it would give the pen icon to Input the captcha and then update. However now it tries to update, fails and does not prompt me to enter the captcha
Any suggestions?
Both file number and earning don't update? Did you upgrade to the latest version (V1.1.6 on Android)?

been using this app for couple weeks... it suddenly stopped updating everything except istock for couple almost a week now.
I keep contact with tens of users everyday and none of them report this kind of problem. Are you using the Android or iOS version? Did you update to the latest version ( V1.1.6 for Android and V1.1.4 for iOS )? Would you please tell me your location(which continent or country ) device info(Android or iOS) and app version, I can do some tests.

WME for over all earnings and SS since SEP 2012.  Other bad performance agencies include: FT and IS. Alamy,123RF and DT are fine. Below is a pie chart generated by my Free mobile app: Stock Stats. It's really a timer saver, isn't it? Hope you guys will like it and start using it today.

Ok so the update solved the looping problem with 123rf. However it is still unable to get my earning amount from the site, even after logging in and solving the captcha. What am i doing wrong

Sorry for the inconvinience, Please try V1.1.4. This error only affects very small part of users, so it's hard to reproduce.

Mr Developer, I'm wondering about your motivation to build this app and then offer it for free (for realz). I mean, having in mind that you could have earned some money by choosing to make it a paid app. Is it a part of your business model, you just like building and giving apps for free, or something else (what)?
As KimsCreativeHub has said, free app earns money through AD. If you install my app, you'll notice the AD banner on the top. In the future, some new features may need to be paid by In-App purchase, no such plan for now, all features currently available will be free forever.

Seems to work well, the only issue I'm having is that 133rf won't login. It goes to 123rf login page and then immediately comes back to the app and tries to update.

Yeas I first had that same problem with 123RF and then P5 also became stuck
Hi pkphotos, I've reproduced the problem of P5, when the user input a wrong username of P5, the app will go wrong. Fix will be available in V 1.1.1, thank you for your feedback.

izzikiorage, I wrote a PM to you, please check and kindly help me to fix the problem.
For 123RF, you need to click the red button on the right twice, for the first time, you need to input the username and password, then the app will close the login window automatically. Then, the button's background will be red again, and you have to click it and input the security code, please make sure your operation steps are done as described above. And also you need to login to 123RF at least one time a day to fetch your earning data because of the security mechanism of 123RF.
For pond5, would you please describe in more detail for me to analyze this problem?

I tried it, like it, but them some agencies didn't seem to want to update anymore. It didn't matter what I tried, uninstall, reinstall, once a few agencies wouldn't refresh I gave up and uninstalled. Seems to have a few problems.
This app was released less than a month ago, and now its newest version is 1.1.0(Android only, iOS 1.0.3 version is still under review). If you have any problems when using this app, please first try with the newest version, if the problem still exists, please let me know, I'll try to fix it asap. All agencies work fine on my android and iPad devices(both v1.1.0).

I am the developer of this App. The password is encrypted and stored in local database, the username and password is posted to the agency website directly, and no intermediate or third party server is involved in this process. Thank you, onetoremember, for explaining some details for me. To Goofy, Some data you want to explore may need complicated statistics, maybe it is beyond excel's ability. For all people who concerns about the security about account, I want to explain further here. Trust or not, Use or not, I fully respect your choice and understand your decision. The app doesn't store your password locally, the only chance you may store your password locally is when you click the signin button and the browser will ask if you want the browser to save the password (shown below), this is a standard behavior of all modern web browsers. You can choose 'Never' to prevent the browser from saving the password for you.  Also, the app talks to ss server directly, there's no intermediate server between the app and ss server. as I stated before: In the app, you log on to ss just like you do in the web browser. The account information is absolutely not stored on any intermediate server.

What do the SS TOS say about giving out your password to other entities? How often does this log on?
In the app, you log on to ss just like you do in the web browser. Only when ss server asks you to log on , other wise, there's no need to input your password again. please take note that the app doesn't hack the login process, you need to input your e-mail, password and reCAPTCHA by yourself and these information are sent to ss server directly, everything is as the same as you log on to ss in the browser.

I fully understand your doubts and this is why I choose to publish this app instead of continue developing other new features , eg: list the popular keywords of your download. All I can say about this problem is posted above.
