Dreamstime.com / BUG - Unfinished files contains image that is not my!

Hi!

Yesterday I upload some new photos on Dreamstime. When I continued distributing images in category, I found an image in my "Unfinished files" section that is not mine and was evidently replaced with one of my (I missing one my uploaded photo too)??! Strange. Apparently there was an bug. I already contacted Dreamstime team, so far no answer.

I inform you when find out anything more from them.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

I am from Europe. When Fotolia joins Adobe my sales constantly decline ..

In last week my 7 day rank fall from 300 to 1200!! From 230+ sold photos to only 30 sold photos on week. Strange, very strange!

In last month I upload more than 80 high quality photos but only few photos accepted. They rejected almost all, reason similar images. Very frustrating. Is this happend only me or have someone else this problems too?

Hi!

I have submitted my first footage on 11/2/2015 but still pending. Is this normal? I dont think so. In last week I made twice contact with Shutterstock team. No answer. I do not now if they received my notice ... looks like they are all dead?!

Now I do not now what can I do. Wait, how long? Had anyone had a similar problem?

Big thanks for any replay or help guys!
