Same thing happened in November 2016. Huge drop in sales on SS. I hope it is connected with corona, but I doubt because other agencies still not affected. Besides that many of you reporting BME, or at least great sales, so probably older contributors are pushed down in search.

Not 99design, it is a design contest based website/platform. Designers who participate there uses free images.

Overall quality on free sites is better than SS. SS have better quality images but you can't see them on the first pages, can't see them on the "new" search. Main problem with SS is - quantity defeated quality. Few of my clients already switched to free sites.
Very large design community on 99designs now downloads files from "free pik", year ago SS was their main source of images.

Not surprised if Getty ignore "gettydowner" and start to hunt people who use this "service". It is more profitable option.

I am also down +/- 50 downloads per day since November 21. Day usually start good first 8 hours, but after that, next 16 hours, sales stops. Almost no buyers from North America.

I deactivated large part of my folio before august 20th. Just 194 files left. Today I checked my IS account and I see 251 active files?! Anyone else have same experience?
P.S. I don't drink or using drugs.

In my port not disappeared, just been mixed. Also I notice on any ss search, images with spam titles are not ranked so good anymore

I had same problem few months ago. No reason to panic.
I contact them via website and upload scanned ID document (you have upload button to do that as one of the steps on contact page). Next day I got generic password in a email. Sorry for my English.

4. VS, DP
For me atm SS is much better than all other agencies together (SS>FT+DT+BS+123+iS+DP+VS). IS was my second earner until 2014, but for some reasons sales dropped dramatically.
