So, I have Google alers turned on for my Stock name and today I got message from Google. Went to check, and saw this article https://www.jugendhilfeportal.de/jugendschutz/artikel/weltdrogentag-awo-fordert-suchtpraevention-statt-repression/Date for the article is 26.06.2018 (yesterday) and I haven't had any sales reported for this image in the last week. In fact, the only time, this image was purchased from Fotolia this year was 27.04.2018. What do you think? Did te buyer re-used this image after so long time or is there a glitch in reporting? Thoughts?

I was waiting if someone else will come up with this, but nothing. So, had a sub sale yesterday and my overall earnings on the main page haven't increased for that amount, but if I go to "Earnings summary" table, the overall amount is correct. Anyone else experiencing same thing?

I came across one on Adobe, that I just couldn't resist not to show it, because I just can't believe this was accepted. And it's actually on the first page for "Relevance" for it's main keyword. So, I had EL sale today at Fotolia. All my prices for ELs are 100 credits. As I am silver contributor I get 25% of a credit sale. So how is it possible, to get 25,08 credits out of 100 with 25% royalties? Not that I'm complaining, just curious.

So, I'm in a dilemma. When I edit video (basics: brightness, saturation, contrast), save it and then check how it looks video appears different if I watch it in different software.
For example, with VLC player video looks less saturated and contrast than with windows media player. So I went and checked previews of some videos that I uploaded to pond5 an FT and they look more like as in VLC player (less saturated, etc...). Then I did another test, put my videos on USB and view them on TV and they look way too much over-saturated and contrast.
So, which one is like, real thing? I don't want to over do saturations and other stuff....

So, I uploaded two videos to SS. I don't expect any sales but anyway. What I want to know
how much does one get for video sale. I know it depends on resolution, so, whats the minimum you can get, what's the max. you can get, and what is the most common you get?
Also, do you upload 4k or HD?

Can anybody explain to me what does that mean?
You are required to disambiguate your keyword terms. Please review your keywords to ensure each search term has been disambiguated. Terms that require disambiguation are framed by a dotted black line. Click on the terms with a dotted black line, then pick the correct meaning below the keyword box.
One of those keywords, that is framed by "dotted black line" is a scientific (latin) name of a bird so I really don't understand what should I do here. One of the framed keywords is also "wildlife" so I have no clue whats wrong with this keywords.

So if I go to main FT contributor page, it says 1027 active files, but if I click on thum image and then on my contributor nickname, it shows only 1007 results? Anyone with the same issues?

So, I have this photo in which only half of a persons face is shown (from bottom of the nose down). Also person is slightly blurred because of DOF. Anyway, I uploaded this photo to SS and FT without release and it was accepted. Now when I upload this photo to Alamy and select 1 person in photo, and then below at "Do you have release" I select NO, alamy automaticly puts this image as Right managed. I want it to be RF. What should I do?

I'm just curious, does anybody have their e-mail visible, when customer clicks on your port and did any of you have made any deals bypassing shutterstock?
I've seen some ports when contributors had their e-mail on display and was wondering, if it's worth it...

So, is anyone else having problems with their sets at SS? When I go to a set with more than 100 images, it shows first 100 images OK, but when I try to click for a second page, it doesn't take me there....And at the top of that pages it shows "Showing NaN - NaN of 197 items"
I accidentally added some of the photos to the wrong set and now I can't remove them because they're on the second page. I can access second page normaly, if I browse through sets as a customer would.
