You are wrong marquixHD

Free video editing software such as OpenShot editing violate patents h.264 / AVC

Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, Finalcut clearly says that does not allow for commercial h.264 / AVC

H.264 rather Mp4 preview page.

You know that the digital SLR Sony, Nikon, Canon have written instructions not to use H.264 / AVC for commercial use. Therefore, all convert videos to free codec Quick TIme Photo Jpg only through a paid program.

License h.264 / AVC allows you to convert to Quick TIme Photo Jpg only paid programs that have licenses and are listed http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/AVC/Pages/Licensees.aspx

Free video editing software is not listed.

I would recommend the Sony Vegas Pro 13

The fee is for MPEG.LA 0.20 cents from the sale of fimu on Pond5, VideoHive, Shutterstock and so on. It does not matter whether it was to convert H.264 / AVC to QuickTime Photo Jpg is 0.20 cents. I'm so private lawyer said. This is highly not much. And if you do not pay interest can grow ... It is better to pay 0.20 cents per MPEG.LA if filming SLR H.264 / AVC. I would like to warn everyone here.

Hello,

How to sell legally movies pond5, videohive, Shutterstock? With SLR Canon, Nikon, Sony, etc. in the manual is the information:

AVC Patent Portfolio License

This product is licensed under the AVC patent portfolio license for the personal and
non-commercial use of a consumer are (i) encode video in compliance with the AVC
Standard ("AVC Video") and / or (ii) decode AVC Video that was encoded by a consumer
engaged in a personal and non-commercial activity and / or was Obtained from a video
provider licensed to provide your AVC video. No license is number granted, or Shall be implied for any
other use. Additional information apr be Obtained from MPEG LA, LLC
See http://www.mpegla.com

Videos of the SLR can not decode and convert Quick Time Photo .jpg? for sale? You need to buy licenses from MPEG.LA? What are the fees for licenses decoding and converting?
