I am not sure I understand your response.  How are the reviewers going to know that you took that photo off their site and let's say 2 months later you upload them? I mean they can't possibly memorize millions of photos.

as far as upgrading a camera.  I already have a good camera

hmm, in this case, I have another question.  So, let's say you had some pictures up for a very long time what would happen if you took them off and uploaded them again?  Would you see an increase of sales?

Do you notice a significant drop in sales when you stop uploading new pictures?

Anyone know of any good European microstock agency?  Just curious, maybe getting paid in Euros would bring bigger profits.

Great, thanks for yout tips.  So how many pictures do you have altogether?
I find processing, keywording very time consuming

thanks.  How ling have you been doing that?
I just started and I am working on figuring out what sells and what doesn't.  I am considering submitting to Alamy.  I am guessing you submit to them, right?  How is that workig out for you?

when you upload your vectors do they have absolutly the same name as the jpgs?

I upload via ftp and haven't had any problems (excpet today :) ) ... i find that the fastest and most convenient.. and have uploaded a number of vectors succesfuly this way.

i use filezilla as my ftp client.

yes, my jpgs have identical names as eps files.

For FTP I used WPS_FTP and I tried Fetch on OSX.  I keep getting that my password was rejected.  :(

BTW, do you know if there is a way to check how many times  a picture was viewed on Shutterstock?

How do you guys upload images to Shutterstock?  I submit vectors and neither of their ways work.
FTP - tells me invalid password
ActiveX - does not accept eps files
HTTP - keeps telling me that my .jpgs are missing when they are not.

SO frustrating.  So far Shutterstock has been the biggest PIA for submitting.

What are your thoughts on this?
