I received the same robot answer:
Me: New preview image feature is so unsafe for all of us, contributors and shutterstock, right now there are people downloading previews of shutterstock images, watermark is not enough protection please consider this seriously.

answer: We recognize that our new watermark was not effective for a small subset of images and after receiving your feedback and incorporating your insights, we will begin implementing a new watermark that will roll out over the next week.

Thank you again for your continued support, your feedback is welcome and appreciated as always.

Meanwhile our images remain unprotected, besides they are focused on watermark and no on the preview size. do you think we need to continue emailing complains? may be that's enough, by the way, larger images have a larger preview

Hi salaaaah

Im so newbie i just have 16 images, i had to do other work last 2 months, so in my first 3 months im close to $5, at the begining i believe when others say "you can make a live with microstcok" probably, but when youre starting i guess better have another income.

So obviously im not making enough but i think its fair for almost nothing, at least I learned that works and keeps me in for going forward.

When i login in my contributor account it redirects me to google. even in diferent browsers (chrome, firefox)
Does anyone noticed? yes their forum seems to not load either, and im reading here about fake emails and suspicious paypal settings changes.

i hope they solve it soon.

Hello I'm new here and in SS as illustrator and in my first month i have 0 views, i understand having no original or numerous items its hard to have a sale but not a single view? I'm starting an only have 12 images, whats wrong any advise? are there some guidelines for newbies?
