I'm surprised I got one too last night. But I only have a few simple animated clips there and they haven't sold yet. The rest I have never bothered to upload because of ridiculous rejections to my property release. So I guess its just a fancy e-mail notification letting use know that they're monkeying around with the system again to squeeze every penny they can out of us.  :-\

Very nice. 👍👍 :)

Or it could be that real world denial of "people can't afford as much as they use to" kind of slap in the face reality. Its like this all over. Its like things or do you by food or medication or bills?
Most of the time trying to make a decent living is like chasing a water fall. I really wish it wasn't.  :(

General Stock Discussion / Re: The Beginning of the End for Stock?

Nope! Now now no need to panic. Robots don't have emotion and therefor they can't be truly creative. Like emotion, the creativity of robots and computers/ algorithms can only be simulated. Cyborgs how ever hummmmm........ are another story.  ???

But seriously I have seen those so called artificial portraits and to me its like when movies are produced in CGI. You will somehow always tell the difference.  Normally as I said before, most humans create something out of love. You can't have love produced by a cold machine. End of story!

I find LinkedIn a real great source of spam accounts.  :P

If it's anything what happened to Elance when it got absorbed by another company, then good luck cause usually they don't listen to people who actually get work from those places.  In other words Tough! You use it and you will like it.  :-\

Hopefully the thieves don't have the ability of getting rid of the warning comments.

Small companies are usually always slow. Also I'm sorry to say nothing is ever easy or fast with in that company. So fast removal is not going to be an easy task as so many others before you already have gone though the same way.  So I guess you are just going to have to pound away till something gives.  :-\

Typical. People always attack during the vulnerable times such as holidays.  ::)

Definitely an illustration.  :)

You don't thing they managed to use a "hack program" besides the usual password hack?
Because this is exactly what it smells like to me.

Helpful info:
Here is one way to secure: https://lastpass.com/getlastpass1.php?n=1&mcomb=sa8Igu52I|139371278098|lastpass|e|i8rbbhb5l0|c&cvosrc=ppc.google.lastpass&cvo_campaign={campid}&cvo_crid=139371278098&Matchtype=e&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzqSJi9Pr1QIV17rACh3cMAZYEAAYASAAEgLmJPD_BwE
And here is a more traditional method; Make a nice long password. Long as you can. Must be different then other passwords you have on other sites you use. make them with numbers, letters in both regular and capitals and also use symbols. The same with questions and answers. Make crazy question and answers but use plenty of spelling mistakes, nonsense words and again use symbols. Bunch some words. Have a little black book for your questions and answers and passwords so you don't forget or save them in a thumb drive.
Use those double notification security functions that come with many sites.
All good info till they make "a better mouse trap" in the future.
Hopefully soon.  ;)

Guess they have lots of bugs these days. Latest yet again but not that important, their avatar function is broken again. 🤷

I think its better to make and be the new trend then to just follow it.  :)
You just have to use your creative skills, do the research and most importantly not be boring. So many people get into a rut.

I would think that an Ad blocker would solve many issues like this.  :)

166
In my opinion, I don't like how they do things. I got contacted a few years ago too. The only way to see what they are all about and their message board is that I had to sign up. Then instead of having the freedom to put in your own personal info and upload your cards and enter info, they wanna do all of that for you.
So I had second thoughts and went on my way. They seemed not pleased with that and were even a bit intrusive.
So nope from me.

Try temporarily switching off your ad blocker or similar.
Or contact Pond5.  :)

Illustration - General / Re: Is it TM?
« on: November 12, 2018, 23:26 »
Update.  Actually I got the name of the object mixed up with the other mentioned. :-[
I was actually trying to know if Barbicide was TM and it is. But the jar it self is universal so that's alright because other companies make various designs.
Oh well worried for nothing.  :)

Ooo. Oh well maybe that's why it went through.
None the less I will remove regardless if its just spelt wrong or its TM.
Thank you both.  :)

Illustration - General / Is it TM?

I worked on a few new vector images relating to the barber shop industry and I was wondering if the word Barbersal would be flagged as TM or copyright if I placed it in as a key word?

Please note it has already passed inspection at AS. Keywords and all.  :)

Up to the individual I guess. Personally I wouldn't. Not enough peanuts.

I noticed that issue a while ago. Problem was solved by just uploading files in a zip.
Apparently it did not like anything that wasn't vertical. Only had issues with horizontal images.  ???

And I also recognise a lot of people's stuff in here, if anyone knows the contributors please email:

https://www.etsy.com/shop/MetalClipart/items

Also rips off Disney and StarWars ::)
Usually a good clue if a person has a habit of just using what ever to sell.

First up this one:

https://www.etsy.com/shop/SOFIOSVG/

Definitely had some of my work and I recognise other artists work too. Please look through and report your own stuff.
Even rips off Disney.  ::)

Might be a world wide thing. YOuTube is having issues. Twitter is acting strange today as well.
