Thoughts from my still new perspective-- Lighting changes are needed. if you can get a picture of the rock wall on a sunny day, it would have more potential. I think the plane photo just needs changes to the levels to make it pop out more.
I think the moon through the trees photo is not especially exciting, but buyers are weird; I have some photos I'm not fond of that occasionally sell. I suspect this photo would.
The wasp is too small. If you're willing to get close enough to be stung for a macro shot, or have a big zoom lens, go for the close up.
The closed dealership photo is a joke I didn't get initially. I realize this says as much about me as anything. Unfortunately the building is also in shadow from the clouds.
One question I've seen others pose here that I'm always asking myself is, "Who is this photo for? What would someone buy it for?"

I'm not on Fiverr, but I can tell you it's not unusual for Pond5 reviews to take multiple weeks.

I'm curious how many files you have managed to upload since you started jc1305us. It takes me so long to work my way through it all. I don't use FTP upload though so maybe I should, some of the sites are really clunky.
I use Xpiks to tag my photos and upload them all at once to the sites I'm on. It's a huge time saver. I still have to go onto each site and categorize the photos, but the titles/descriptions are taken care of, and Xpiks has a key wording tool as well.

I've been having similar troubles sometimes. are you sending from your mobile app? i think sometimes the mobile app doesn't update with the newest changes to metadata before you hit submit and its bugging the heck out of me.
I was using ordinary desktop tool with Netscape, from 2 different locations, to upload
Netscape? Is someone forcing you to use Windows 95? Illegal Operation once for yes, twice for no.

I'm still pretty new, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.
I like what you've posted. I love the bridge shots, the blueprint, and the eggs.
I'm not sure how someone would use the lone firefighter in front of a truck photo. It looks like the kind of photo you'd see next to a newspaper quote, but it couldn't be used that way since I'd have to make one up.
The legs in the pool photo aren't quite centered.
I like the layout of your wine glass photos, but lighting is an issue. I know you're going for a natural look, but the shadows make the photos pop less. The falcon photo is similar, lighting-wise. Of course, the sun can't be controlled, so I know how it happened.
That said, buyers are strange. I've had photos I'm less than thrilled with sell, although not frequently.

Any thoughts?

In Photoshop you could set up an Action to open every image in a folder, use the Auto Tone, Auto Color, Auto Levels-type effects or the Saturation Tool, Save, and close the files out again. However, I don't think there's a way you could set up an action to use the manual Levels tool in any reasonable way.

Same, been trying to upload for two days and FTP won't even connect so cannot upload
You've probably already checked this, but I know I've forgotten before. You have to continually set a new password for Pond5's FTP upload capability. You have to go onto their website into the upload images section and create a new password if it's been more than a couple days since you've uploaded via FTP.

I'm actually hearing 'dale' for the first time here. I always just thought it was a name.
The United States and Britain, two countries separated by a common language.

If you're having issues with focus, downsize your photos in Photoshop.

My number one selling photo on Shutterstock and Fotolia can't get accepted at Pond5. It's rather a mystery, but at least their rejection notices make some sense compared to Fotolia, which just gives you a list of a dozen possible reasons they might reject any photo.

I did not receive a 1099 from Fotolia. It took a couple exchanges with tech support, but I learned that while they had my W-8, there was a second place elsewhere on their site I had to input my SSN in order to receive a 1099.
It looks like they won't issue me one for this year now, so I'm curious for thoughts on how I should handle this on my taxes? There was withholding on my account; I made some early sales before submitting a W-8.
I have a follow up inquiry with them, but suspect they won't be able to help. Thoughts?

Wow. Is there anything to be made of the Getty graph? They've dropped off dramatically more than the micros have picked up. Is there another macro service that's made up for it?
