My download numbers haven't dropped drastically but the earnings did due to the lack of multiple licenses (just a few a month).
I suppose more and more sales will be from the new subscription model once they start to market it heavily and maybe it will replace the current model completely which is sad.

I have more than 10K images there and I was in around top 30 in Canva before the drop last year. I don't see any of this subscription sales.

Where can I check my current level? I think I was about to turn Emerald but never checked it again since migrating to Adobe site. Now I don't know where to see it. Just logged to the Fotolia site but couldn't find any information.

But why are you excluding illustrators, aren't vector sales a large percentage of the total.
Giving a bonus to photographers and video contributors and nothing to illustrators both this and last year makes me feel offended.
If you wanted to include us you could have given a discounted price of whatever plan we are using or something similar.
My guess is the bonus is a marketing tool because lots of people are switching to affinity as they don't like the subscription only option but I still don't understand why not give something to illustrators too.

Did they have some license change recently, because for a few months the Multi-use license sales are almost non existent for me and now I make less with more downloads.
I wonder what has changed that people no longer buy those.

Update: My stuff's finally in review, with some approved. Some were submitted 2 months ago.
Where are you seeing this? The page with the files in review is not loading for me as of today.

Is there an option to search in my own portfolio in my dashboard. I can do it from my public profile but then I can't see how many downloads there are for the image.
On Fotolia I was able to search in my public profile and see the number of downloads there.

I had all my ELs on Fotolia set to 100, but now on Adobe Stock they are set to 63.99.
Is there an option to change that back to 100?

Hello Mat, I received a letter stating this:
" if you requested a payout which is still pending, we are cancelling the request and credit the amount back to your account."
But my request is still showing as pending and the money are not showing in my current balance.
Will the request be cancelled or will I receive the royalties?

I can't see how much I am earning, it just says I've made a sale and that exact payout will be calculated at the end of each month.

When I upload my vectors some are looking fine, but other are showing as blank images or just part of the image. For example the contour is missing.
Then those that are not properly uploaded are rejected of course.
This is all random and there is nothing wrong with the files themselves.
I am wondering if there is a possibility the images to be damaged during the ftp transfer or is it something to do with Canva.
I am using WinSCP to upload my drawings and I never received an answer from Canva so could you share if you have the same problem or is it only me.

I received a newsletter from Canva and there's a link to upload images which leads to wetransfer.
Because nothing that I have uploaded in the last months have been processed I am wondering have they changed their upload system and am I missing something.
I've tried to contact them but haven't received an answer.
