Then people would just not mention the artist name in the title - They'd still use it for promting. Same difference.
Exactly, they will acknowledge that its wrong to use those names in titles and tags but wont acknowledge that is wrong to copy all those artists.

Isn't this bad for Adobe, they will have less relevant time specific content.

Brace yourself for the Midjourney ones:

Have you checked your tier, many people are premium without selling a lot, it seems the tiers are randomly assigned. They could change every month too. Society6 also introduced new fees and plans. With AI and everything else the good news just can't stop coming.

The Ai-generated images sell pretty well, but not by themselves. My best seller has been download at Adobe 52 times - but as all my AI images it went through a careful postprocessing in Photoshop and other dedicated software. Not only to remove the obvious errors (too many fingers, missing eyes etc.) but also to give them a particular light and style - they must reflect the way I feel, not MidJourney. Also devising the right prompt is no kid's play: the AI is still too primitive to guess accurately enough what one has in mind upon a few words. Last but definitely not least, the human creativity lies in the idea behind the prompt - mediocre prompt, mediocre outcomes. I've been waiting long for someone to mention this here, but so far in vain...
I don't see anything special looking at the prompts on the Midjourney community showcase site, unlike the results. Not to mention that many of the prompts include artists' names.

I am not sure if this was already shared: Class Action Filed Against Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DeviantArt https://stablediffusionlitigation.com/This is from January but I can't find any updates.

My September earnings are about half of September 2021

My deleted images finally started disappearing from their site, it seems it takes a few days.

But have you checked your portfolio on their site. I also thought mine are gone by looking at the content manager but they are up for sale on the main site.

This the message on their live chat: Hi there, thank you for contacting 123RF. Our Contributor Support Live Chat is unavailable right now. Please send them an email at [email protected] and they will revert back as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

It looks like this agency is in its death throes.
Anyway I went and checked my 40+ images I deleted and they have indeed gone. My tiny port wasn't a concern to 123rf. Maybe since then the agency has put blocks to stop contributors from deleting their works.
This is an interesting watch on how this plays out. Anyone like some 🍿 ? Plenty to go round. 🍿 🍿 🍿
When did you delete your images. Mine are still up and it seems they are not going to reply to my mail.

My deleted images are also available for sale even though I deleted them a few days ago. No reply to my mail too. Any other ideas?

I never received this mail. I opted out of the PLUS plan in the preference settings last week but my images are still in the PLUS plan. Now I see from reading the comments here that this is for future uploads. I tried selecting a page of images and edited them by removing the Plus option but it didn't work. I will write them but if they don't reply is there any other way to remove my images from this free plan.
If there isn't I will delete them.

Same here, I also have a big fee for the payment and all previous ones were without fees.

I might have missed something but my payment for July is less that what it should have been. The sum in the total payments is less than the sum in the total earnings. Everything is right for all other months. Do you know their current mail for contributors? And if they are responding.

How do we upload InDesign templates on Adobe Stock. I see they offer some but I can't find information on selling them. Or is this a separate thing?

I have another question. I want to bookmark My Statistics/Activity/Display Statistics so I could easily follow my recent earnings, but it doesn't work, it changes the period shown.

This came up in my FB feed. I suppose this is from the paid collection. Everything will be free soon or at least will be so cheap that you won't be able to make anything. It seems the only option will be with curated sites where the images are selected.

I haven't done this myself, but many people have transitioned from Illustrator and Photoshop to Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo. At least in the groups I am in. I bought the software too, I have used it on my iPad and the vector program seems good. It is a one off fee.

What is the certificate of tax residence they are requesting?
I wrote to them about that; a US certificate cost as much as SF owed me. I was told not to sweat it, that a copy of your ID with an address would suffice. In my case they didn't even require that much. They put the payment request in for m and I got the money a few days later.
Thanks, I received my payment.
