After keywording in P5 I then dl the csv I then add or delete as per any other agency. For SS just change the colum to "Filename" On P5 it is "originalfilename" then I deleted all colums except for title and keywords and you are done. Other agencies are different but same process. CSV file is ready as soon as you are done keywording clips do not have to be inspected in order to get csv file.

I guess that doing so with Shutterstock you still have to fill in "Categories" online, don't you?

Good point, Alex. Can you kindly tell me what agencies accept csv file from P5 ???

My experience with footage is limited to a few sites:

Videoblocks: accepts P5 CSV as it is
Shutterstock: you have to add some columns (Editorial, Categories,... I usually do it editing the csv in Excel); it's better to download a sample CSV from SS, see how it should look like and apply the necessary changes

Fotolia does not accept CSVs, as far as I know. I usually open side by side Fotolia and the CSV and then copy/paste keywords and description.

I usually upload first on P5, make the keywording online, and then download the CSV automatically generetad by P5.
Then with minor editing it can be used for submission on other sites.

I'm not sure, but maybe if you embed Metadata in your files, and Pond5 reads them, You should be able to download a CSV containing those metadata.
