General Stock Discussion / Re: 123rf

I have over 200 photos (all editorial) in the cue for more than 8 months.  In the past, they were one of the quickest sites to approve, usually within 48 hours, now everything languishes there.  Commercial photos are approved relatively quickly.

When I had photos in the cue for a while, I would email them. They would reply, then approve the photos.  However the last two times I emailed, they got around o reviewing the photos.  I went from a 95% approval rate to about a 75% rejection rate.  they remain one of the easiest site to upload, just don't expect to see your files posted.

This is a shame, as they were one of my more consistent sites for sales

Newbie Discussion / Re: Key-wording for non english speaking people

English is my first language. However, if I had to keyword in another language, I would probably use Google's translator.  I have used it to translate Japanese documents, though the sentence structure appears to be somewhat mistranslated.  I just tried it with some individual words, translating them to Spanish, my second language and it worked well

If the Pope stood up today and said Donald Trump was not a "Christian" and his policy of separating children from their parents was wrong. republicans and conservatives would still love him for no other reason than they have to love him.

I'm sure they would scream "Who died and named him Pope!!!!"

123RF / Rejection have skyrocketed
« on: October 02, 2016, 22:52 »
I have been with 123RF for two years.  When I started, the approval process was quick and the acceptance rate was one of the highest.

Lately, the review process has dragged. I had photos in the pending bin since July.  After nudging them to review my photos, they obliged.  I went from a 90+% approval rate to a 75% rejection rate in one shot.  Most of the rejections were for pixilation, out of focus or poor composition.

I have done nothing different in my photo taking or my post processing.  In the past I may have gotten 10 photos rejected for this reason, now its most of my photos.

Has anyone else experienced this?  they have been one of my better earners, but if I this continues, I will have to leave them.
