I am trying to acces ESP an I get this message:

anyone having the same issue ? Should I be worried ?

Yes it is working now, I can see al the metadata but it took about an hour for 100 pics....glad it was just a slow server or something

I am trying to upload images to videoblocks ( I have been accepted ) but it seems that the browser does not identify the images metadata...I dont want to edit each and every single picture I upload...does anyone know a solution ?

I'm getting the "Your account isn't set up for ESP" problem too.
I've gone around and around with customer support and they just keep telling me to do the same thing "Reset your password." So I do that, and login and then it's the same problem and I contact them and get connected with a DIFFERENT support person who just tells me the same stupid thing.
I'm unaware of an ESP invite from 2 years ago. I have both photo and videos on iStock.
After I received the first reset reply from them I ended up prettypleasing or kind of begging  in this manner: " I have followed all your instructions and reset the password from the link you sent me and after that I have tryed to login to ESP and I am getting the same error: We're sorry. Your account is not currently set up for ESP access. Please contact us if you believe this is in error. I have cleared my internet browser cache and cookies and tryed again. I am using google chrome. It prompted me with the same error. I have tryed using Microsoft Edge and Firefox and I still get the same error. Please belive me that I have this issue since february and I have tried everything istock/getty cusstomer support told me and the result is THE SAME....Maybe a programmer could look into it and see what is wrong ? I am sure I am following all the steps exactly. Thanks for trying to help and I am looking forward for your reply " soon after I received a reply in witch they asked me to reset the password to a password they provided for me in the email. This had to be done to allow the support technician to activate my account. I hope this helps you and other people having the same issue

hi, I have not received March STATEMENT (not payment ). I recently logged in to ESP and I maybe missing something here. All I can see are january and february statements. Is it just me ? Is it a bug ? anyone having this issue ? Even if i did not make any sale isnt there supposed to be a STATEMENT ?

Finaly a customer support specialist solved my problem. I dont know how but she activated my account after several attempts.

I am a videographer who did not upload in the past years. They did send me the link to activate but when i try to login its telling me the email adress is allready in use...I then use a different adress to create an account and when I try to login whit that new adress I am prompted with the same error...
Have you told them that you have a pending invite from 2 years ago? They should resend you that old link.

I have received a few and still getting an error. ... everytime I am replying back that I get the same error and then I dont hear nothing from them....
I said contact them through that form again and tell them you have an invitation pending from 2 years ago but you have lost the email containing the link and ask them to resubmit it. I don't understand why but the 2 year old and the new invitations to ESP are not the same.

Not surprised... really. I wonder if all the Exclusive even have a tiny clue what kinda company they are supporting. Almost the same as if you would support slavery and been proud of it.
Please stop the slavery analogies bad as Getty might be its offensive to compare it with slavery in my opinion.
Offensive ? offensive ? woooooooaaaaaaw, reaaaaaaaly ? Offensive is the way getty treats his contributors like s*it. I for example have not been able to log in to ESP for more than a month and after writing mail after mail and receiving the same dumb answer : we are sorry, try again, we are sorry, try again, It looks like you are stuppid, try again . I have no access to my statistics. JJNEFF just lost 1000 dollars, wake up people !!!!

OK, I even tried to create a different email account just for the sake of logging in to ESP but of course with no luck ( duuuuuuuh  ) Still no success logging in ESP and I am sending mail after mail to contributor support and every single reply hits me with the same answer: Access the link in the email and create your esp account ( witch fails even with a fresh email account ) We're sorry.Your account is not currently set up for ESP access.Please contact us if you believe this is in error. Anyone having the same issue ? I have tried all the methods possible like clearing the cookies,using 3 different browsers, reseting passwords, bla bla bla bla bla bla bla. AM I THAT STUPID OK I admit that I am so please help a stupid contributor with a step by step guide please ? pretty please ?

Yesterday I finally got a reply from a real person who solved the problem in an instant by including a new link for me to click which accepted the original invitation that I had never received.
Then today I got another message from them which confuses things slightly in having another link for me to accept the invitation (I am ignoring it). This message also includes the words "Due to an error on our part you did not receive this invitation, please accept our apologies for this delay..." It always grated with me that they didn't seem to be accepting that it was their F-up.
Hang in there, Madman, they'll get to you soon...
At least I can now keep an eye on them as I let this company fade out of my life.
I also received a mail in witch they appologise for the problems and send me a link where i can set up my esp account but when i put my email adress it says that its allready in use and that i should sign in if i have the wright credentials....I folow the link and in the end its the same error that i get. I even reset the password and still the same error occurs.........its the 7th email and the situation is exactly the same as before.... what GETTY ?

If there is anyone here on this forum that can access the new getty forums could you please post this print screen to let istock what is happening. I made a screenshot because their support team seems to NOT understand what we are writing to them and keeps on replying with the same email.  thanks for your help

If I get another reply to my open case/ticket - emails from Getty that states:
All invites are now sent out; please follow the instructions in the email.
I am going to SCREAM!
OMG, Now going on 4 emails that I have sent, every one of them, that I have sent states:
I had an active contributor account in December of 2016, and never did or "cannot" find the invite email to ESP, (yes perhaps my spam systems blocked it) maybe it was deleted by accident. And I mention, please help - can you resend the invite.
Every gosh darn email is the same reply as if they did not even read my email.
Follow the instructions in the invite email, then it say's if you do not have the invite email, try resetting your Getty account password, which I have done three times and also note that in each of the emails I send to them.
How can this be happening to such a professional org such as Getty?
Forgive my frustrations but come on. I even left a voice mail message in the Contributor Voice Mail Box, which they will send you to if you call Getty Corporate.
So frustrating and so hard to believe.

Is it ok (or legal) to sell images as RM on alamy while I am selling them as RF on other sites ?...what is your experience with RM ?
No, you can only sell files with the same licence as you're selling elsewhere.
I only sell RM there, mostly editorial or likely-to-be-used-as-editorial. Alamy might overtake iS this year (and for now, I'm only uploading to Alamy), who knows? But everyone's port is different.
Thanks. So the only thing I dont quite understand betwen RF and RM is why would anyone buy an RM if RF are cheaper ? or they are not ?.....I understand that RM its a one time buy per one time use so if a buyer wants to use the photo for the second time he has to buy it again.

I am a citizen of EU country living in Romania and I am trying to fill the w-8ben form an I was wondering if anyone can help me with some clarifications: - I am an individual and I need to fill the w-8ben - In part II Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits -10 Special rates and conditions (if applicablesee instructions): The beneficial owner is claiming the provisions of Article of the treaty identified on line 9 above to claim a % rate of withholding on (specify type of income): 1.do i need to fill this claim of tax treaty ? I am asking because when i filled the form on shutterstock it was filled automatic with the article of my country and a 10% rate of withholding on both video and pictures. so should I fill the Adobe Stock form to be exactly as the one at shutterstock ? 2. I am not able to claim the money yet because I am a noob and i have not earned a lot so do I need to worry about filling the tax form yet ? I mean if I don`t request a payment am I still charged with the tax withholding ? 3. I have already submitted the form on Adobe Stock but I see I can`t modify it I can only resubmit
