Par contre je ne suis pas sr que le rgime de la dclaration contrl soit plus intressant :
- Pas mal de frais fixes : Logiciel de compta : 130 HT/an, AGA : 200 HT/an, expert-comptable (juste rvision des comptes) : 850 HT/an (je ne l'ai pris que la premire anne car l'AGA me le demandait), je fais ma compta moi mme.
- Pas mal d'obligations (mais je ne connais pas les diffrences avec micro-BNC) : tenir une comptabilit avec un logiciel conforme, formulaire de TVA 3514 remplir en juillet et dcembre (bon, ok, trs facile remplir, il faut juste mettre 0), liasse fiscale 2035 + formulaires AGA (pnible la premire fois...) fournir avant mai de l'anne suivante + formulaire TVA 3517S CA12 la mme priode.
- Moins d'avantages : pas d'abattement de 34% du chiffre d'affaire au moment des impts, mais augmentation de 25% du bnfice si pas d'AGA ou d'expert comptable. L'AGESSA (cotisations sociales) et l'IRCEC RAAP (retraite complmentaire obligatoire) utilisent une assiette de bnfices + 15% dans leurs calculs...
Par contre en effet, a permet de dduire le matriel photo, les dplacements si justifis, une quote part du loyer, des charges locatives, de l abonnement internet, ... pour utilisation professionnelle, et de rcuprer la TVA

Hello,
J'ai le statut EI, BNC dclaration contrle, TVA au rel simplifi. Mon activit est 100% micro stock donc je ne collecte pas de TVA (banques d'images situes l'tranger). Cependant je n'ai eu aucune difficult me faire rembourser la TVA (sous la forme d'un virement sur mon compte bancaire).
Toutefois pour que cela arrive, il faut que le montant de TVA que l'Etat te doit, soit suprieur un seuil (qui dpend de ton statut, environ 760 pour moi). Si tu ne dpasses pas le seuil, le montant est reconduit d'une anne sur l'autre, et une fois que tu franchis le seuil, la TVA est rembourse.
J'ai quand mme eu un appel tlphonique de la DGFIP pour confirmer qu'il est normal au regard de mon activit que je ne collecte pas de TVA. J'ai ensuite du leur envoyer par courrier une copie de toutes les factures avec TVA pour que ma demande soit valide.
A savoir aussi, qu'il y a un dlais assez important entre le moment o tu payes la TVA lors de l'achat d'quipement, et le moment o tu la rcupre (vers juin de l'anne suivante, aprs avoir fait toutes les dclarations)

Hi, About a year ago I had my account terminated by mistake by SS without any notice from them (no email, no warning, nothing). I panicked and sent them messages both on the support form and forum. It took almost a week to get an answer from them, and they finally put my portfolio back online.
- Time to understand what was happening: 2 days (when they terminate a portfolio, images are disappearing gradually every hour)
- Time to get a reply from SS: 1 week
- Time to get portfolio back online: 3 days (the same as when they terminate a portfolio, when they put it back, images appear gradually)
In total I lost almost 2 weeks of sales because of this event, it was a super low month.
And still, no excuses from SS, no compensation for the lost sales, and mostly: no notice at all before or after it happens. You are alone in front of a huge company that doesn't consider you at all...
I really want SS to fight all kind of bad behaviours (thieves, keyword spammers, money laundering, ...) but they do it with occasional collateral damages which are terrible for normal contributors.

How is Microstockr getting data from stock agencies? Is it using some API or by scraping websites' content? Then how is it dealing with reCaptcha, like on Shutterstock login page?

I'm from a EU country too, and last year I moved from a personal PayPal account to a business one.
Regarding stock agencies payments, nothing changed: the only fee that I pay is the currency exchange fee of 2.5% between USD and EUR which is actually hidden in their exchange rate (which is 2.5% less good than the current exchange rate you'll find on google for example).
This is because stock agencies are paying us using the "mass payment" system, which is different than when someone send you money on PayPal using the regular way. With the mass payment system, all transfer fees are actually paid by stock agencies (and it's quite low).
Having a business account on PayPal is useful for me because I have access to monthly account reports in PDF format that I can use for accounting purpose. Except a few differences in the interface and added features, I have exactly the same experience with the business account than with the personal one.

Another suggestion: Add a functionality to move a file from one batch to another one (could be quite practical when you notice that you were in the wrong batch after having refined all keywords)

Hi Francky, Thanks a lot for this update of DeepMeta. I like the interface even better than the version2 ! And I understand that the main drawbacks (batches, date, country, and no information on earnings) are not due to you. Here's one small suggestion after using the new version of DeepMeta: When working with a file, it would be nice to be able to delete a keyword in the rightmost column (under "Please refine..."). Sometimes it happens that one of my auto-loaded IPTC keywords is not relevant because I cannot find the right meaning in the vocabulary list offered by Getty. In this case, I have to let this keyword on the top, and continue working with the second keyword. Or I can click on the unwanted keyword and then delete it in the column on the left. But either way, it would be even faster to directly delete it from the column on the right

Hi,
I had a problem to login to ESP. After entering the good login and password, I couldn't access the main page but instead was brought back to the login page as if my login/password were wrong.
I deleted all cache data and cookies related with getty images, and now I can access the main page.
If someone else is in the same situation, I hope it can help.
However, ESP is still incredibly empty of any useful information for the moment...
