Same. Buyer from Australia... tax withheld. Not from Australia, no tax withheld. As for the noticeably more... did you read the announcement? They gave a welcome bonus to everyone and have increased the commission rate.
Ok. Yes i got the Wellcome March Bonus -taxes on that one too, but i still made more on regular April sales then previous. So how did T20 handle taxes?, i never got anything about tax withhold on T20 which is weird.

Do you have the rejected images elsewhere like SS AS?, because T20 does an automated reverse image search and if they see it on other sites it gets rejected, even though their are not exclusive.. weird huh?
They explained to me the opposite, that as they see it in other places of sale of images you have to authenticate that they are yours, I sent them dozens of emails but they do not answer me
Like i said if they see the same content elsewhere they reject it, i wrote to them about the same issue i had, they answered "we understand bla blah blah" Best is upload first to them T20, than day later to other agencies.

I got an email from [email protected] wich is from March.22, landed in spam,
A potential buyer would like to purchase one of your files with exclusive rights SR-EL.
I have 72h to remove them from other agencies, well that would take more than 72h,
The image sells very well, dont know what to do.
Depends on how much they are willing to pay you for that.
The image is my bestseller across all agencies, i could easily re create if i choose to sell the rights, but im affraid no matter how similar i shoot another one, it would not sale as this one... Im quite new to microstock so this numbers for EL $ are tempting

Anyone seen major drop in earnings this month? I've been selling 200-300 images on Eyeem every month, and this month I got only 65 downloads. Earnings also went 75% down comparing the previous months.

It is a mystery. I assume S and H stand for Soft and Hard, with Hard meaning don't resubmit and Soft meaning you can resubmit if you fix the problem. But since they don't tell you a specific reason that is hard to do. I just ignore them and move on - fortunately they don't happen very often. Actually I've never had an H before. The one I really hate is if they send it to the cutout queue, which Lee in the past said might take months, years or never. I had that happen occasionally a few years ago but have not looked back to see if they ever got cut out - I assume not.
...well that could be an answer or not Hard and Soft , and the "pending cutout" i think they wait that YOU upload the cutout image that refers to a image that is isolated on white... maybe?

Yes i received this terrible mail too, i knew its only be a matter of time they will switch to subs.
But first in the app the message "you sold a digital Download and made 0$"
...and yes its going to be cent sales, and on top of that they would like to charge you for faster review times..

BME for me low number of DL but good sale prices, but 77% of the sales are from the US, bad for me, my country does not have a tax treaty with the US
