I totally get that and I would be willing to wait that time period but not getting any response from them nor money I owed tethers on thieving. They've received money but not giving artist what they do is straight up skanky. A lot of agencies have a time lock up after removal. Usually that is to give customers time to download files for current projects. I really wouldn't hold the 180 days rule against them.
But not paying artists and their own employees...that is a huge problem. Looks like talenthouse is closing down.
So I hope eyeem gets sold quickly to someone else.

Thank you Jo Ann, I was just thinking about a DMCA takedown. They broke all the terms of the conditions so not sure what legality they still have left. if you do a search on twitter for Talenthouse you will see they been scamming several people, they should already have had a serious case against them.

It is actually frustrating that they would tell you to contact the company when you just shared with them that the company is not paying artist. The very same company is not keeping to its own terms but Getty would refer you. I mean you basically facilitating this corruption and saying "oops its not me"

Can anyone assist me, I got images on Getty submitted through EyeEm that refuses to pay or respond to our messages. I sent Getty a e mail and they responded that EyeEm needs to be taken down via EyeEm. EyeEm have not paid contributors since September 2022 and still receives royalties on our work. I explained that EyeEm gone rogue nor are they paying us.

But they continuing signing new deals and offering new competitions. Just saw them announce a partnership with Alamy. * crooks In the eyeem facebookgroup there is a contributor who is now taking eyeem to court and also trying to get a criminal case going accusing them of fraud.
If you look around the net apparently there are many other artists from their platforms also complaining about delays of over 9 months before they get paid.

It seem they owe several contributors money whose work was used on platforms like Netflix etc. If you search twitter you will find several people saying they've been waiting for months for money. Getty refers the contributors to EyeEm who does not respond at all. They still receiving our sales through Getty.

Waiting 2 months now for my payout request and no report for July. Small update: despite the email from their support, still no payments from May and June.
It even gets worse: they fail to deliver sales reports from July.
I never had a month with no (partner) downloads at Eyeem, and a lot of fellow contributors also complain about missing sales reports.

I received my June payout. Im still yet to receive my June payout. Earnings for the month say processed but no dollar amount. Im guessing they are just going to do a lump payout after the close down tomorrow? Any insights? Thanks

@mat Any chance you can throw in one of your nice shirts when the next batch of free images are under review? Matt, when can we expect the first batch to be approved? This month's sales is down the drain and some extra funds would be great to begin the summer slump.
Same question here. It's been 4 days since the images eligible went in for review. Is there any date we should expect some extra bucks?
