Hello: Do you get models to sign multiple releases for different agencies or just one release that you sumbit to all? If so, do you have a template that satisfies all agencies that you could share. Any problems submitting a release from a different agencies?
I employ iStock template. It is accepted widely. Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk

Personally I rather doubt buyers use categories to search by much....but its only my theory. Would be interesting to know from people who do actually buy?

Well he does have a track record of thinking everyone else has poor quality images and that is why they can't sell...except when it happens to him ;-).
Or that we can't say any opinion if we don't sell lots of pictures per month xD Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk

Artist exclusivity is just stupid nowadays.

I have 32 000 photos portrait for sale and Since middle march I see a huge sale drop. Adobe stock is very poor. Shutterstock dont sell extended license and the sell is a little bit bad.
Maybe because of spring break? Enviado desde mi DUA-LX3 mediante Tapatalk

It's sad they don't sell since they are actually very fair as their name suggests Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk

Not really. 250 pics and 1000+ views. I wonder how many pics you will need to catch a sale? Since you can set the price and they pay 50% (if I'm correct) you can earn a decent amount per sale

I think it is a huge dilemma. I would wait until your % of income is higher but you are saying that SS and AS are not as good for you as for others, so why not to take the chance? First, read carefully the contributor exclusivity agreement in order to see what happens the day you want to end that

What is your RPD in the other sites? for example SS? I would wait until your % total income from iS is about 80. But that's just my opinion. IF you have big sales in SS/AS that is what you are going to lose.

not bad, my best month so fare, i had a big getty sales of 350$... my com : 52$. 70$ CAD! on the other hand, a dozen sales at $ 0.04 My Dow.year Rate to date shows a great increase for the month of March, which will be my best month in volume until now ...
Mega congrats! Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk

This month RPD: 0.72. Overall RPD: 0.5
RPD per type of download:
Premium Access Time Limited --> 0.53 iStock Subscription --> 0.34 Credit Pack --> 1.32 Video --> 2.00
Conclusion: iStock has better subs value than SS (in my caste SS is 0.25) but... SS has for me a better RPD because of random big sales (EL, SOD...). Also, credit packs usually give me more than the subs or getty sales, but they happen less often. My biggest sale in iStock has been like 3.4 for a picture... Never had any better sales. In SS I have had 20, 30... Have you ever had a big sale in iStock?? Do they exist?

Have you seen if Getty (for example premium access) and credits are related to more value in comparison with "istock subs"?
Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk
IME, premium access sales are usually, but not quite always, much lower than subs. Often these are 'premium access, time limited' where the time can be really short, I've read as low as four hours, but I can't see that anywhere other than someone saying it on here a while back. I can't find any way to check out the terms for PA other than by signing up for them.
Indeed. It can be or Getty connect with horrible pennies or an actual Getty big sale... Anyway, this is all speculation until the actual earning summary is available Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk

Thank you for taking us seriously!
Honestly, it's my pleasure. I firmly believe in trying to make everybody successful. There will always be a push and pull on this but if nothing else, please know that I and many others at Adobe are trying to think about contributors and enabling them for future success.
Thanks. Push the keywords search in portfolio and better interface. Enviado desde mi ALP-L29 mediante Tapatalk
