Alamy.com / Alamy is not 'healthy'« on: March 13, 2019, 07:07 »
Hello to all,
is it just me who think alamy is not 'well'? Does anyone has some better information? They reduced commission from 50% to 40%, but are there some new benefits to keep the situation little bit balanced? Also, image is sold, but money hang somewhere... I sold several images and over 2 months I saw 0 USD, then appeared 12 dollars. it is just ridiculous... Comparing to SS I am selling everyday also extended licenses. Well, I think I will stop uploading new content.. 28
Adobe Stock / Re: What is your position?« on: March 01, 2019, 15:44 »Who cares. Show me the money.Well... 47,547.14 EUR in 5 years total. Quite bad, I was expecting much more. Sales went down somehow 29

Dreamstime.com / Re: Acceptance %? What they want?« on: February 23, 2019, 12:01 »
@davidbautista "They hate you." yes, perhaps you are right! And I hate them! So I should leave them as it goes nowhere.
And no, I am not showing my portfolio nor username so I can say whatever I want. I remember Lobo from iStock in old times, he was really an a***ole. I got permanently admonishments, temporary blocking and then permanent ban from forum. 32
Dreamstime.com / Re: Acceptance %? What they want?« on: February 21, 2019, 15:40 »Hello to all,What? Mine is super high DT. Lowest in AS, Canva... Why is yours so low in DT? They almost accept everything. What are the rejection factors? Crap like too many of the same object - I don't agree. Then I got something like 'we have enough of these photos' - yes, they have: under-exposed, over-exposed, wrong white ballance or weird composition. Well, I am not frustrated, only seriously confused So perhaps I should spend my time and energy only with TOP agencies. Sometimes I feel mean when I think I'm too good for DT, look at this: https://www.dreamstime.com/editorial-photography-cat-playing-cute-ps-image92990877 33
Dreamstime.com / Acceptance %? What they want?« on: February 21, 2019, 11:11 »
Hello to all,
What is your acceptance % on DT? I have 41.1%. Ridiculous... But with SS 95%, Alamy 100%, Adobe Stock 95 % I am confused 34

I don't knoooow... for me is more interesting to feed up shutterstock. All years I have 95% approval ratio, good sales, so perhaps one day in next winter I will feed stocksy. 38

General Stock Discussion / Re: Simple model release. Same photo, different agencies« on: January 13, 2019, 15:01 »
I did one MR for all agencies. I downloaded existing releases from IS, SS, DT, and Fotolia, then I copied text from all agreements, removed duplicated content and made all requested fields. So some agencies has more information then they are requesting. Just Veer (yes, I did it long time ago) wanted a witness phone number, so added it there. and sometime I do a photo how model is holding signed release as I don't have a time for chatting with support about something what is missing. It is one A4 page with space for attaching 'basic' model's face photo (not the same photo from 'stock photo shooting').

PhotoDune / Re: When will PhotoDune submissions start again?« on: January 13, 2019, 14:54 »
I just noticed that stock contributors can apply for Envato Elements:
Hi XYZ, Thanks for registering your interest in becoming an Envato Elements contributor. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your details. Please remember we will not contact you unless you meet our criteria and we are doing a new contributor intake! Please do not email us about your application or for updates on when we will be doing intakes as we will be unable to help. Thanks again for your interest in Envato Elements! All the best, The Envato Elements content team. The fact is they like arrogance 'remember we will not contact you unless you meet our criteria'. They are not able to say 'Thanks. No.' 42
Bigstock.com / Re: Is it worth it?« on: January 13, 2019, 14:33 »
I am a long time there, few years, but... I got paid twice
I don't want sell my images everywhere as I am respecting my spent time, skills and effort. I have PF on SS around 2000 imgs and I don't plan to put it all on BS (where I have just 100 imgs). 43
DepositPhotos / Re: Depositphotos Is it the devil? ( tax form)« on: January 13, 2019, 14:26 »
A month ago I became sick and tired of Depositphotos. So I deleted my portfolio and because of GDPR I ask them to close my account immediately. I also left Dreamstime as they are accepting also trash (underexposed, overexposed, wrong white balance, out of focus etc).
