Last year,we have asked image agencies for their take on the upcoming photography trends for 2014, and many of the 50 stock photo trends we published were spot on. 2015, we are going even further: 16 agencies replied to our request for their trends in photography, so we are presenting the top 80 photography trends 2015 and of course shooting ideas for photographers (some of them might surprise you). Hey Microstock Pro's, i will shoot tomorrow in a small studio for quite my first time. Iam not a pro photographer and a newbie at shooting in a studio. I will have my friend and my wife as a model, so here is my question: What topic or idea to shoot at studio? What items to i need to take with me too the shooting?Help!  please

OK Guys, here is my issue maybe you can help me.
I need to buy a new camera and i can't decide if it should be the 7D Crop or the 5D Mark II.
On the one hand i have a new fisheye for crop, a 17-50 2.8 Tamron and a 28-75 2.8 Tamron to be used on the 7D.
On the other hand i wand a superb camera with great portrait and low light performance.
I am not a professional shooter nor a great microstock photographer. I mostly shoot just for fun and sell some of these images. I am able to invest between 1900-2800
What do you think?

Hello Microstockers, i need you questions for the book fair in Frankfurt (biggest Book Fair in the World btw). http://www.buchmesse.de/en/fbf/programme/key_focuses/photography/Who i will meet?I will meet there with Shutterstock (Adam Riggs), iStockphoto (Dittmar Frohmann) and Fotolia (Martin Ruge). I will have lots of time to ask them questions and i will try to make some interviews with my video camera. I will interview them, so tell me YOUR! question!What should i ask these guys? I will be happy to write they answers into this post.

iam searching for some ideas to build a new software for the stock photo people or customers.
We can realice the software in Java, C-Sharp or .Net 3.0
It can be a Windows Software, a Website, a Online tools or something else.
Now i need your suggestions, what Software are you missing every day?
What Service do you need to sell more Photos?
What Tools do you miss to edit/upload/sell/buy Photos faster or easier?
If you provide the Idea and help managing the development, you will get a massive co-partnership in this Software!

Hi Community,
iam thinking alot about website tools to give the stock photographers more abilities to show their portfolio.
Thats why iam now asking you, if you can have a free tool to promote your stock photo portfolio whats available at stock photo agencies, whats your wish tool?
For example: A Widget what you can customize to fit in your website which shows all the choosen photos from Fotolia, Istock and Shutterstock and links directly to them?
