Perfect example of proof by using a terrible example. One word search for Landscape? Are you joking? What buyer would do that? Landscape
Consider I did not want to test a buyer vision, I just wanted to observe recent submissions. Try this : https://www.shutterstock.com/fr/search?sort=newest&image_type=photoBetter for you? Your perspective may be different considering you entered here late 2017, I started microstock mid 2004. Maybe I'm not that stupid regarding query and search engine.

always the same stuff always the same old files...nothing new sells....unbielevable.
Just to see, I looked at recent stuff for landscape : https://www.shutterstock.com/fr/search/landscape?sort=newest&image_type=photoUNBELIEVABLE, I was not conscient about all the crap coming in. Nothing surprising that recent stuff, even if the best keeps unseen and unsold, buyers don't come through all these snapshots to find professionnal photo... How serious contributors can feel proud by participating on such a platform? personnaly, I feel ashamed to put my best pictures there. But, I am sure that one day things will change, and they will have to clean up the base.

I think reviewers don't have the button "Sorry but we don't like your image".

great agency once with probably the biggest rpd for me suddenly going down the hill...not a lot to say a 20 30 download per month..in addiction i find so boring the uploading process without serious batch...with ss all i need is 5 minutes to send hundreds of file...the same quantity make me spend 2 hours and more of my life...that's why i still have 500 unfinished files..i need also to release them so for each file a release click, two category...if you use the similar category is still a pain...
Perfect!!! no need of competion of snapshot images for dilution of those that took some effort for production

Is it where lead the good advices you give or sell? Do you need some? Sorry, to be brutally honest Think there are tons of people who will not complain about their sales here and who will keep their advices because they know that every experience is unique, and that they really dont need more competition.

Which is why it isn't included in the regular license, and it costs to get an extended license that allows it.
And sometimes paid.

I suppose "Metal Prints Perfection" is significant. How much can you pay for "high quality images"? Do you plan to resell prints after having bought images through subscription for a few cents each? will you credit the real author?
I was myself very annoyed the day I found my image on dibond prints in a shop near my living place, no crediting my name of course, and no extended licence bought. I earned a few cents for this. I just hope I am not on your "great contributors" list. It takes FOREVER to be able to take really high quality images...

We -sadly- have to accept the "angels share" in microstock... after knowing they are dark.

It would be better if your meal satiates longer because you have just divided by 100 the number of potential customers Do you believe you sell 100 times more when the price is 10 times less??? So, you would prefer RPD of 0.025 to get 250 in the plate...? A question of faith maybe... eternal growth of the market... hem... You really have 0.25 RPD stat somewhere?

Of course, we pray for a future of $0.0000001 cent RPD, but with companies investing billions for marketting (i.e. "Goog News!!!"). And that will make everybody happy edit: there is a little MS site, (even not listed on the list on the right here ) where I do more than on Istock now, where I am a contributor since 2005. My opinion is RPD has to be highly considered.

Lifetime RPD of $2.50 here. If only it was the same everywhere... Nothing to blame. I wish they had more success.
