The subject of the Olympics has a special aftertaste for me... A long time ago, when I was still working as a game developer, I once received a letter from the Olympic Association with a large number in it and a �cease and desist order� - since then the subject has been taboo for me :-)

And yes, of course I also have sports pictures without naming brands and without logos.

It always surprises me when you enter �Olympic� in the search, how many images are listed there - a real powder keg.
You also see a lot of images with three stripes sportswear and Nike logos.

I had already flirted a little with the 2,000 position, but now it's heading strongly towards 4,000 ^^

My download numbers are going down and down every week...
Until 5 weeks ago I had an average of about 160 downloads, then it dropped significantly from one week to the next by about 15% and this week it dropped again by about 10%.

My previous top sellers suddenly 5 weeks ago disappeared from the sales (they are all still available in the search as far as I can see).

So in total within 5 weeks from 160 downloads to now about 120.

I don't know what's going on - at least for me it's going down rapidly without any recognizable reason that I can see.
If anyone has a good idea of what I'm missing - keep them coming :-)

In any case, you are not alone... My sales also dropped dramatically (currently minus 86%) and I also lost pictures.

123rf in the last few months:
I always got AI images through well before - a total of 5,500 accepted, 450 rejected.

Then in January, around 3,500 AI images were rejected in one go - I contacted support and only received a general reply.
I then tried again to find out why everything had suddenly been rejected.

Result: Support simply stopped answering me (no I wasn't rude) and since January there are 1476 AI images and 867 photos in the queue - no more reviews are taking place.
And since my first email to support, there has also been the slump in sales described above.

In summary, 123rf is no longer trustworthy for me at all since the beginning of 2024 and apparently no longer interested in material.

For me, they are now on a par with Canva (100% instant rejections) - WireStock (I'm supposed to pay for uploading?) - YayImages (no more invoices for 6 months) in the list of �most untrustworthy agencies�

Yes, the 'Sell for editorial only'-checkbox was checked - the image has been deleted long time ago.
I always send only "full editorial" or "full commercial" batches to alamy and check the option for all images in a batch, so that no mistakes happen I always double check editorial batches.

I just sent an email back and asked about 'the judgment and the file number of the proceedings', so that I can check what they are talking about.
I have also requested a comprehensible calculation, including the necessary copies of the calculation documents and I strongly assume that I won't get an answer, but I'm happy to be surprised :-)

It's really not about the amount of 11.43 - but the way it's done is really absurd - they checked the picture themselves and approved it (it was a large magazine rack, by the way) and now they want to pay for their own misconduct at the contributors' expense... kind of hits the zeitgeist, but doesn't make it any better.

We previously wrote to you concerning Alamy�s receipt of a claim of infringement of intellectual property rights and injunction in relation to images displayed on Alamy as part of your collection.
 
This claim originates from Axel Springer Deutschland GmbH, the parent of the BILD newspaper who have filed proceedings against Alamy in the German Courts for infringement of its intellectual property rights.
 
Alamy are currently defending the claims, and the imposed injunction provisions connected to the alleged infringement for which Alamy have been required to sweep for and remove images from your collection featuring the intellectual property.
 
We placed you on notice of these claims and demands and are writing to update you that costs are being incurred in defence of the claims.
 
As you will be aware as a contributor to Alamy you provide Alamy with indemnification against such claims under the terms of our contract. 9 of 9 sales were AI images - my portfolio is about 40% Fotos, 60% Ai images (3.712 files here)

Motifs were all different: Landscape, Animals, Watercolor Art, Fantasy Landscapes
