Errors were encountered:
There was a database issue preventing the creation of your image. (CODE 42)
...getting the above "error" everytime i try upload...and tried different images each time...anyone?

I don't want to mention the web site, but has anyone experienced image(s) accepted, they sell 1/2 dozen times over a 2-3 week period, then they are removed with the explaination that their original approval was "an accident"? (it is a big 6 site). ...not seen this before and awaiting explanation of what "accident" means...a stoned reviewer...keyboard was dirty... ?

I've assembled as series of clips using Windows Movie Maker. When I burn a DVD of it, it plays fine in my computer but isn't recognized by my television's DVD player. Do any of you have any suggestions of what software (PC) will convert it into the multiple directory format needed for television playback?

they're correct and i'm still misty eyed over the fact that they took the time to shoot me in the head so nicely (sorry, no "smily face with a tear)
** Too big a levels/curves/exposure adjustment in your RAW processor or image editor has created blocky posterization in shadow areas or has spread the color information out too much causing a degradation in image quality.**

For those experiencing weird rejections on Fotolia as of late, today, I sold 8 images (all from one shoot) to the same buyer. 2 days ago, I had uploaded 4 more from the same shoot (different angles etc...) to have them declined today as "not stock". The 8 that sold were uploaded prior to the string of Atilla-PMS rejections.
Conclusion: The new reviewer(s) obviously don't know stock. That being said, I'm quite happy that the bulk of my portfolio was uploaded prior to Fotolia hiring their new reviewers from the McDonald's drive thru. Good luck to the new folks who have to endure...

This is perplexing me so I thought I'd check to see if anyone has any good ideas on how to shoot a mirrored (chrome) sphere...like a large ball bearing without refelecting the camera or alot of other stuff?

you have a tardo blasting my stuff with "1"'s, blocking any of my feedback, and their pi$$ing in the Wheaties has got me 1 step from pulling my work from your site and saying F it. Your rating system is sooooooooooooooo lame and damages what would otherwise be a good site. Yeah I know, "you have a system that takes care of the abusers" but it really doesn't and it's turning into a train wreck.
Kill the stupid rating system and run a legit micro for god's sake.

Got tagged today by a negative vote spammer. Hit me with a "1" on an image that sells just fine. Went and looked at his portfolio, very similar stuff, so I negged him. I don't care, kick me off if you guys want, but the voting thing will wind up destroying your site. And will certainly irritate enough photogs in the process. But seriously, any voting a-holes tag me like that, I'll bang them right back...punish me as you will, but you better take care of them as well.

Is Zymmetrical still alive? 2 months and 2 days since I uploaded 10 images to give it a try. 5 were reviewed withing the first week while the other 5 have not been touched. I assume if there is no word in a couple of days, I'll just (try to) pull my images and write it off as another micro-bust.
