I have a dilemma: Which one is better: Canon 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 II USM or Sigma 28-105mm f2.8-4 Aspherical Price is almost he same (250 vs 230 euros). What would you recommend? Which one is: -faster -sharper -nicer colors ?

Hi! I am goind to buy EOS 400D next week, and want to buy 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 II USM lens. This is my first dSLR, so what do you think about that lens? I do not have money at this time for some expensive lens, and this is something that I will learn my camera on. Is it good lens?
Also, I am planing to buy 50mm f1.8 for portraits.

Hi! I have just uploaded few images to StockXpert... And have a few questions:
1. How do I know the link of my portfolio? Where do I see it?
2. What is lightbox? It says at the bottom of the page:
This is your first lightbox. You can start adding images to it right away!
Expiry: September 14, 2007
Do I have to put images in lightboxes? Why?
3. Do I have to do anything else, except for upload, keywording, picking categories, and submiting, in order to sell my images? Do I have to do something else?

Hi! I feel that my preasence on fotolia is not enough. I feel there must be some place where you can advertise your porfolio to buyers directly, not only wait if they will find your images or not. Do you know for those places or methods where you can advertise / offer your images to buyers directtly (trough microstock site of corurse, I want to offer my fotolia portfolio).

What method are you using to isolate your objects on the images, to get white (or any other colour) background?
I am using Filters>Extract filter. And sometimes PS plugin MASK PRO 4.1.
You can see examples of my iamges in my porfolio, it looks pretty nice.
At the begining I was using only dodge tool, and those are not quite well. I stoped using that for wanishing white backgrounds (when I am taking photos in my lightbox).
What do you use, and what do you recommend?

Did you see new Canon SX series? SX-100 IS model? How do you like it? I think it is great for carrying in a pocket, when you cant always drag dSLR arround...

Hi! What is the most essential part of computer to speed up PhotoShop CS2/CS3 startup and working? Is ti CPU, or RAM, or GPU?
I have DualCore AMD 4200+, 1GB RAM, Gf7600GS 256MB, and it still takes about 5-6 seconds to start up, and when performing some complicated task, it could be a little faster. What shoul I do? Get more RAM or faster CPU? Tnx.
