Hey Zager,
Pixmac certainly hasn't mirrored all my content to Pond5. My pixmac mirror is here:
http://www.pond5.com/artist/2@MicrostockMan
with only 598 files online (and its been stuck at that for some time) out of a portfolio of over 2500.
Hi Microstock Man, we are sorry for that, everything should be synced now but obviously there was some problem with your account. Our IT guys are checking what happened, but anyway - your images are set up for sync now, they should be ready in a few days. Sorry again!

Hi Jo Ann, Luis,
our prices are not random. We have three price levels, they depend on the sales of the particular image. All images have level one (1,3,4,...) at first, when they are sold, they will get level two (2,6,8,...), if they sell even more, they get level three (3,9,12,...). The idea is that we make the images more expensive if they sell well and we make them cheaper again if they don't sell on the higher price level.
It should be the same with the price of the EL - it depends on the price level the image have (40, 80 or 120 credits). I have forwarded Jo Ann's image to our IT guys to inspect why it has price level one and the EL for 80 credits.
The price of the full size image depends on the size of the high-res, as you have figured out.

Hi all,
you are right, you will get the 50% royalty when the deal is closed. We are sorry that it takes longer than we expected but we are working hard to finalize everything as soon as possible.
For Poncke, I am not sure what template are you talking about, but I will contact Pond5 for help. You can send me more info via email or private message.

First, were so encouraged by the support weve received fron you about the Pond5 integration! By joining forces, our vision of becoming the most artist-friendly, global marketplace for royalty-free media becomes that much more of a reality. Second, thank you to all the artists who have opted-in to our new Pixmac Contributor Agreement. Nearly all of you have agreed! If you havent done so already, you can log into your Pixmac account to read and opt-in to the new agreement. From a legal perspective, you are acknowledging the change of ownership from Pixmac to Pond5. From a business perspective, your royalty income will increase to 50% on every sale! All of these things wont be in effect until the close of our transaction, which leads to our final point below. Both the Pixmac and Pond5 teams are working hard and fast to get this transaction officially closed. As you might have guessed, integrating two global companies requires brains (lots of moving parts!) and brawn (sheer execution!), but were confident to say that were about to cross the finish line in the next few weeks! Check back here for the latest developments. And if you have any questions, please write us an email at [email protected].

Hi Dan,
have your images been already approved by our administrators? Once you upload your images, you need to add keywords and title and send them for approval. When your images are approved they will appear in the search result (it can take 24 hours) and you will be able to find them with the search function.
Please, visit "My account" section to see your sales.
Regards, Lucie

Hi Sinaphoto, yes, the answers were right - we have partnerships with several agencies and feature also their images. Your regular Pixmac account has 1 sale, your account from one of our partners has 6 sales. We don't have originals from our partners - for each download we send a request to your "home agency" directly and you get your commission there as for any other download. If you have more questions feel free contact me via email [email protected]. Lucie

Hi Lirch,
it is a quite complex problem so we are still working on it. You don't have to worry about your money, you won't loose them. We will add all the credits you lost to your account very soon. And if you want to ask for payout, you can do it now, even though the amount on your account is not correct. We will send you the correct amount.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Lucie

Hi dbvirago, I am sorry but I am not sure what do you mean by the problem with thumbnails. Do they show incorrectly? Can you please make a screenshot and send it to [email protected] so we can inspect it? Uploaded images are usually processed in a few seconds. However, we have aquired quite a lot of images recently so it can take a little bit more - but usually not more than several hours. We are sorry for this - we are already working on a solution that will raise the system efficiency. Please, don't hesitate to contact me directly to my email address [email protected] if you have any other questions or problems. Best regards, Lucie

Hi dbvirago,
our approval process works in two steps and you get this message when the images are processed by our administrators. However, there is always one more check made by our supervizor - it usually takes just several hours. But you are right, it is quite confusing. We will change it, too.
Thanks for your support!

Uploaded a few today to check it out. You're right, upload is nice.
Got an email tonight that says We are pleased to inform you that your images have been processed today. To see more information please log in to www.pixmac.com and go to the Sell Images section.
I log in and don't see anything that say's Sell Images. Also, if I click my account and go to photographer, it shows everything is waiting, so not sure what Processed means.
Hi dbvirago, thank you for noticing - Sell images section was renamed but we forgot to change it in messages. We will correct that. Our approval process works in two steps and you get this message when the images are processed by our administrators. However, there is always one more check made by our supervizor - it usually takes just several hours. But you are right, it is quite confusing. We will change it, too. Thanks for your support!
