I really feel bad for you, but If I had as many shoots as you are having
I would have a backup camera

I would assume the only way to get your password is if you would have a keylogger program delivered to you via Trojan or virus.

This is what I use to guard myself.
Firewall - AVG antivirus plus firewall or zonealarm pro
Roboform Pro check it outhttp://www.roboform.com/php/land.php?affid=overt&frm=frame40&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=roboform
With RoboForm you don't use your keyboard to log on a site that means a keylogger is not effective.

I would agree the pictures in series may hurt your search placement but if your portfolio is very diverse it wouldn't think it would hurt. ;D

You are correct on all points of view, but what I am looking for is a steady flow of income from stock photos and that can't be done unless
you have thousands of files. I am not giving up will see what happens
in 20 more years as long as my finger can still hit that button ;D

If you want to add time to the investment it's a greater loss

YES  ::)I really do enjoy processing except Fotolia I use Prostock master
it cuts allot of time out.  I  value of my time i allot higher then some of
the stock agencies do.

It's a great hobby and a tough business to get into. Hay I made enough
this month to eat out and have a beer ;D

113
Are you getting good return on your investments
My cost of producing quality images

Camera body Canon 30D  DSLR $700.00
Wide angle lens Tampon 17-50mm 2.8 $435.00
Canon 28-135 3.5-5.6 IS USM   $425.00
Canon Speedlite 580ex  $400.00
Smith Victor 1500 watt Tungsten studio lights $200.00
Photoshop Elements 5.0 $85.00

Over the four years I have been doing this I broke even If I added computers and computer upgrades it would be an extra $1000.00.

To maintain my addiction and competitiveness  to this wonderful business  I would need to upgrade to

New computer
Upgrade backup server with larger hardrives
New monitor
Lightroom or CS3  $1500.00

Epix
Mathematically no  I was going by How many pics nemeo 102 had in his portfolio    but I am averaging .98cents a pic for the year with 765 pics I
did much worse when I was exclusive. I guess sub are a pain but that's the way DT wants it.

Nemeo 102
Once you reach 500 or more photos you will notice that credit
sales will out weight subs.

121
Meldstn Look at my portfolio on DT it may give you an Idea I don't do
model photography or nature  ;D

I can make copies of my original raw all day long they are still not getting the original.
My name and camera serial # is in the exif on raw file if it comes to a law suit they would need a proof of purchase by stock agency. The big money comes when the buy the photo outright.

I my opinion not that my opinion matters people that rant and rave about the microstock
Agencies are less experienced with microstock game then others, complaining and threatening will not work, agencies are going to do what they need to do with their business and you as the photographer like it or leave it.

Another point if your complaining about rejection just think about the strike three your out rule if three agencies reject your photo it is bad

I dont hear the top photographer around the world complaining you all know you I mean.  I agree with Suwannee Quote (Maybe we could start a new trend (or get back to the way it used to be here), and start being optimistic and encouraging to each other and forward-thinking and HAPPY!

Quit yer bitchin'!) ;D
