I finished deleted my portfolio at StockXpert. 1000 images. I can produce about 40+ images per week. for me uploading to multiple sites is a burden. StockXpert was my 7th earner and unless they become  the 3rd for most people here I will not upload to them again.

a business only grows well when it does excite everybody involved. Not this time.
I will delete my portfolio tomorrow.

I recall that sharply_done once wrote that he likes post processing almost as much as taking pictures, I also recall that MIZ once was a featured fotog at DT. And MIZ is a known PS crank (as he calls himself). sharply_done PS skills is what I luck: manipulating curves, colors and sharpness to ... perfection ? MIZ is a composer of
his own sounds so to speak. In short DT likes you to know PS very well.

regardless of quality a portfolio at SS is a bucket with a big hole; it's weight is your revenue. you have to fill it continuously not to be disappointed with the return.

If they had to announce something good to us, they would have done it already.
I think now they are working hard on phrasing it nicely. A stone wrapped in a colored foil does not pass as a candy for me.

« on: August 03, 2008, 19:02 »
Not all of the changes have worked through the system.  For instance I had an exclusive sub sale today at $0.36.  But it seems most images are enjoying their new levels.

I just had a Level 2 exclusive large sell for $3.60, and earlier today a Level 2 small sold for $1.67.  A small image for $1.67 absolutely rocks.  This seems to be in line by what most people are seeing on the message boards.  I'm elated with these new levels.

I am more and more inclined to stick with DT, IS, SS and Alamy only.

They look at photographers as peons. They forget that it is a costly hobby and most of us are at least literate. :)

It looks like at FT reviewed pictures are printed and put on the wall in the reviews room. No much space for similar images.

Aren't your guys tired of pampering yourself ? I do not like to see the thread popping up so often. A web site of your own ?

"Grandmother receiving a electronic gadget simulating to be happy"

A very disengaged compassion toward the old age. I lament your taste on that, Vonkara.
Hen? Anyway just let it go, I don't see what you mean by that. It's a old gag that humorist are using since electronic have been made.
gag accepted. I put it down in my notebook of selected humorous gags.
