Should I be jumping around screaming whoo-hoo, I qualify for 30 cent downloads only!!! or am I missing something?

It seems that any size would qualify for the EL as the following is mention:

Extended License - $100 - Includes the highest resolution PPD JPG image available

It looks good but I still have to think about this. Denis

Nothing microstock and no vector at all because I do think it will just point to my port quickly..

But here are some photoshop paintings from my past.. one of them is from a book I illustrated.. one is from comics I drew for a magazine, and 2 for fun..

Yes kgtoh, I do have a fantasy world but not poor like yours  :D

Well Ironarrow....IF this is your work.... I am in awe and you have my full respect.  Denis

Not the all port....just link one image to show us. What's wrong with that?

I won't link anything from my port but let me look for some artwork I have painted on photoshop:) Is it possible to just upload a picture within this message?

Good for you!!!! yes I want to see!!! maybe someone else can help him getting the image up here?

Ironarrow,

You talk a good talk. But several times people have asked to see your port, or to get a link, or something to back up these incredible statements.  And you never answer.

Go on, tell me you are afraid someone will "steal" your ideas.  Well, I think if you are making the numbers you are making, several that would have considered it have already done it.

This is a professional forum, and we come here to share ideas and to learn and grow.

I'd love to see your little speedometer thing.  It would lend a lot of credibility to your statements.

But, without any proof offered, I have nothing to do but take whatever you say as tongue in cheek.

Ha..ha.. that's the same thing I was thinking... wanted to see his port with his claims. C'mon Ironarrow, let's see it

I really have nothing to prove.. I don't feel the need for putting the links here..

one day, if I feel it would be good for me I will.. Or probably in 2 years time if I work hard enough you will know me anyway.. I will have nowhere to hide..  :D

Hello Ironarrow,

What the readers would like to know is if your advices can be backed by  something that everybody here can relate to such as a few images of your own.  You indicated in another tread that I started that recently you have sold several XXL at StockXpert for $7.50 a dl.  Give me one good reason why I should believe you?  If you have the equipment to produce StockXpert XXL then you should be able to link us to a least one image of your own. You say that you have nothing to prove. I am sorry to tell you that if you want to be taken seriously by anyone, yes you will need to prove something to us. I will be the first one to respect you if you show me something worthwhile. Now, I don't disrespect you, I am just neutral about you. I sure would like to see those XXL that you sold at $7.50. It is the world that we live in not to trust someone just by their words. Would you?

Denis

Well Denis, I would! Because I don't see why a photographer or illustrator would come here to lie.. It is no beneficial to me If I lie and also it would make me pathetic..

-You don't have to take me seriously
-You don't have to believe me
- Or you don't have to respect me.. I do not disrespect you either.. And I am an illustrator, not a photographer..

If you really want to find out about my port, you have a slight chance of figuring it out.. I am not gonna give it away just like that..

Yes, I do not use the same user name that I use in my portfolios accross the stock websites but my user name here includes a clue for whoever wants to find out..

I accept, it is a hard puzzle, but it does have a clue in it and not hard if you have the knowledge of something that can solve the puzzle..

But you need to know something specific about the meaning of my nickname here.. I gave anyone an honest clue..

If you think you can trust a stranger on the internet only by his written words then you are probably the only one on this forum. Does that tell you anything? Denis

Anyway Denis,

No offence but if you do not want to search for it and just have a very good selling port to be presented to you in a golden plate sorry but I won't do that.. As I said if you search you may find it..

You can believe in whatever you can.. Sometimes I mention about my port or work.. It is not because I want to show off, It is because mentioning it, is useful to back some ideas..

And my point in posting to this thread is to discuss the low subs commissions of crestock.. I am expecting an answer from someone from crestock just as they knew to kindly tell me that all the websites have a minimum payout..

if we are gonna take other websites as examples, ALL THE WEBSITES PAY MORE SUBS COMMISSIONS THAN CRESTOCK as well.. This is a fact..

Not the all port....just link one image to show us. What's wrong with that?

Hello,

From Crestock, I requested a $50. payout approximately 2 weeks ago to be sent to my paypal account. How long does it usually takes? Thank you

Denis

Somebody from the Crestock team will look into this today for you. It should not take 2 weeks, but due to summer holidays and reduced staff being available, some things have taken a bit longer.

$50. was promptly deposited in my paypal account shortly after your message this morning.

Thank you Josh,

483
why do you even bother uploading to crestock?

The 1-3 dollars credits makes up for it. Coincidently I got two $3.00 credit yesterday. Denis

I don't think it does.. 0.25c is beyond poor..

I will give you an example: StockXpert has subs for 0.30c and you may think $7.5 XXL sales can make up for it..
Well, it wasn't making up for anything because since I opted out from subs I simply started flying..
I have sold more $5 or $7.5 XXL sizes since my photos aren't available on subs..
So, I lost 15 subs sales??!! who cares  :D 15 subs sales is $4.5
while 2  XXL sales are $15..

I would rather make 2 sales for $15 than 15 sales for $4.5

I would rather pay $50 to sink crestock than get $50 and support their bargain 0.25c sub price..

They are a joke!!

Congrats on your XXL sales. Denis

Congrats for 200 dls at Crestock

Thank you for the compliment. Actually it was more like 100-105 dls, 124dls now.  Those are not all 0.25 subs. They are a mixture of credits 1-3 dollars and 0.25 per dl.  Denis

Truth be known, theres not a thing any of you can say or do to stop this train wreck happening. The writing woz on the wall ages a ago and all the hollerin an protesting is not going to make a dizzy of a difference. 10mp cams are so cheep now theres a queue behind y'all waiting to submit and they don't even care if they get paid or not. They just get a buzz from the whole community thing. Watch!

I sold 8 ELs at SS since last month for a total of $224.00.

Now if I understand correcly, for those same ELs, SX is offering me $2.40!!!

SS is my number 1 site (almost a tie with IS) and I am not about to burn the main hand that feeds me by undercutting their product. On a not too long term that would definitely be counterproductive to myself and all other contributors that have images on the major micro sites.

If this is true, the math speak for itself and I will be gone.

Basically it appears one or more of the servers that usually serves the route to FT for you is down.
There is nothing FT or your ISP can do about it if this is in fact the case.

I finally called my internet provider and after being guided through a few technical steps, the tech thought that Fotolia was blocking me for some reason because everybody else but me could get through.

So I called Fotolia directly and a friendly tech told me that my account was still active and that no action had been initiated to block my IP address. Furthermore, the Fotolia tech guided me to do a "Trace" from my computer to their website so that I could prove to my internet provider that it was their responsability to figure this problem.

I called my provider, "Rogers Cable" (in Ottawa, Canada) and after reporting the above mention, they were willing to further investigate this problem. If anyone of you are technically knowledgable about this kind of problem, below I have inserted the route traced from my computer to Fotolia.com.  Somehow it is blocking somewhere one third of the way?? My provider said they will get back to me within 48hrs.

Did you change anything on your account or profile? I did that a couple of weeks ago, and immidiately I had problems to log into the site. After two days it was gone. I have no idea what it was and didn't mail to support.

I haven't changed anything. I don't even get a chance to log in as I get the dreaded "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  I have tried a few things... rebooted the modem and the computer, tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and my iPod Safari... still nothing. Tried with www.fotolia.com, br.fotolia.com, fr.fotolia.com and blog.fotolia.com and still get the same dreaded page?

I am with Rogers cable in Ottawa Canada. I guess it could be related to them. I might give them a call.
