General Stock Discussion / Shutterstock Service Email

My login to Submit/Shutterstock is not working. I get what looks like the normal dashboard but no data and most links to my data do not work or malfunction in various ways.

Anyone else experiencing difficulties?
Anyone have a good email address for Shutterstock assistance?

I have tried the service links from the page I get but they fail when I try to send my request for service.

Any assistance appreciated.

General Stock Discussion / Possible Photo Misuse

I have found one of my images online being sold as a sticker or decal by two different vendors. One of the vendors has also used the image in a collage of several other images (not mine) and sells it as a sticker.

To the best of my knowledge this kind of use is not permitted by any of the licenses I sell under (i.e. standard RF licenses at major stock agencies.)

Can anyone advise as to how I might proceed? Links below.

General Photography Discussion / Refurbished Equipment

Thinking of buying a refurbished Nikon D7000. They are available from NikonUSA at significantly less than Adorama. Can anyone provide experience with used/refurbished equipment from either vendor? Or just general experience with any refurbished photo equipment?

Selling Stock Direct / Google Analytics

Anyone using Google Analytics for their site? Do you find it useful? Google says it is free. What is the downside? What are the alternatives?

Obviously I am a real newbie with this stuff. Any help at all would be appreciated.

123RF / Problem with (new?) 123RF Partner

Just saw a 123RF partner - new one perhaps - and really don't like the watermark situation there. Writing 123RF support if you agree drop them a line. I would really like to get this fixed.

I am trying to get started selling audio stock. I have just been accepted by iStock's audio section and am waiting for my first submittals to be reviewed.

Can anyone recommend some other sites?

iStockPhoto.com / December DL's Near ZERO (0)

As my images meter shows I am a very small player at iStock (132 images). However, my sales drop for December is so bad that I contacted iStock support (FWIW). I have just a single sale this month - average would be 10 or so. I know December is supposed to be slow (although I have a BME on SS ) This is orders of magnitude lower than what I was getting 2 years ago for December.

Anyone else have similar experience there recently?

Adobe Stock / Extended License Price Reset

I just made Bronze on FT and need to reset my Extended (Enhanced?) License prices. Always hated the 20 credit low price I was forced to charge - would prefer even higher but 50 will have to do for now. Do I have to do this one at a time or can I do some kind of bulk edit to change them all at once?

Any assistance appreciate.

(I suppose I could ask on their forum or from FT support but spend more time here!)

Dreamstime.com / Whats up with DT?

DT has always been a strong number three but has recently - last two months - been underperforming and is now dead last - of my 7 sites - for November with 0 downloads. Others having this problem?

PS: Was it the Mcain/Palin pic's in their rotation that turned people off? (Didn't see any comparable Obama images there but maybe I missed them.)
